The upcoming elections will come with big surprises to CPP - Thanks to modern technology and social media.
The opposition radio is downloaded from internet every morning at the phone shop. Villagers come by the hundreds every day with their phones. SangKrous Jeat program is copied for them, for free and the villagers go back to their villages. They gather around to listen to Sangkrous Jeat and even with the CPP village chiefs.
When I arrived in Samlot commune this afternoon, the villagers were already informed of the workers'forum that took place the day before.
