Why someone has to do this way in this in KI ? It shows the incompetent of the leadership of the new Party to control their member. The people who are able to read this KI, they all live outside of the country and they will not go to Cambodia to take part at the election.
The new Party should find another and better strategy to attract more vote, otherwise you will not able to beat the CPP.

Well, the Cambodians who are living abroad and have foreign passport who can not vote, that is absolutely correct.But the Cambodians who are living and just only working abroad who have not foreign passport (just only permit of resident for work) and still have Cambodian passport, why they don't allow to vote like the west countries on Earth?
Conversely, why can the illegal Vietnamese who are living in Cambodia and Vietnamese who are living in Vietnam, have the full right to vote in Cambodia? CPP allow them to vote? Whom is CPP working for, Indochina Federation [the same as in Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) before 1991]? Why they (Vietnamese) have the right to decide the Khmer destiny by annexation Khmer in 21st century?

Please be friendly don't teach other with the wrong text of the immigration system or the wrong way of the electoral system.
Every countries on this planet has their own system and Cambodia also has their own. Cambodian citizenship live and work outside of the country, of course they have the right to vote. But where they should go ? In general, they have to inform the Cambodian embassy where they now live or they should ask for the election formulas from the Embassy. But don’t expected much about it, because our country is still lacked of the higher level of infrastructure to organize this universal of electoral function.
Please remembered, that most of the countries in Europe still not have that kind of electoral system, what you are talking about. Most of their citizens live outside of the countries also did not have the privilege or they also can't vote.
Legal Viets live in Cambodia only have the full right to vote, when they have the Cambodian Citizenship and also have resident in Cambodia. But not the Viets live in Vietnam. Illegal means no residential and no citizenship, has no right to vote.
Same with the French electoral system, the French citizen of German descent live in France also can't vote in Germany. This is the Problem for the Khmer descents live in Mekong Delta. They can't vote in Cambodia, when they still have their resident in Vietnam. They first must have resident in Cambodia but not a citizenship, because they are under the Royal Cambodian Constitution, they are Khmer citizen, like the children of the former Khmer refugees live in other part of the world.
Am sure the Electoral Organization Committee know their responsible and able to do their job and control the voting system.
