PM Hun Sen is often attended at graduation ceremony proves that he is care about those students and admire/advise them to do the right thing after got their degree. We shall proud to PM Hun Sen even though he is very busy with his job but still able to come in. That is what good leader does to the students.

It is good that he took his time from his heavy schedule to distribute diplomas. However, it does not add any marginal value to the diplomas and Cambodia would be better off if PM could focus his time on improving diploma curriculum, supply and demand curves of the job market and trade. First, he may have to recruit a tutor or his sons (if they are competent tutors) to coach him to understand the basic principles of economics since they are much more delicate and critical for Cambodian growth.

In 2008 cpp got 90 seats in assembly because people vote for cpp. In 2013 cpp will get at least 123 seats in general election, because people love cpp. Bravo!!! we are the viet slave forever!!!
