Cambodia has conducted live fire artillery exercises with new military equipment in Kompong Speu province, about 50 km west of the capital, Phnom Penh. General Tea Banh told the media that the tests, including the firing of missiles, were successful.

We had only a few medium range (10 - 25 km circles coverage up to 11,000 meters altitude) SAM missiles. We do had a lot of MANPAD SAM. We also had a lot of AAA ( 12.7 mm, 23mm, 30mm, 45mm line of sight Guns those bullets can reach altitude of over 10,000 meter). So you can see Siam can not use their mighty air powers freely but Siam will have some success if they decided to use air powers. Siam will have to answer to International Communities for using excessive force on Cambodia a country trying to recover from Pol Pot brutality. Siam do care about International opinions because their economy depended a lot on tourisms. Siam had a large populations and well developed infrastructures close within Khmer's artilleries range so if they use excessive force Khmer will be force to bombard their infrastructures such as military bases, military staging areas, power stations, bridge, large government buildings, fuel depots, radio stations, tv stations etc., etc., etc. On Khmer side our towns, villages infrastructures are nothing much developed. Siam knew this also. Also Cambodia CAN'T afford modern fighter aircrafts and take years to train pilot, maintenance crews. Even if they manage to train a fews pilot & maintenance crews but experience wise Khmer pilots will be a sitting ducks to a well trained and experienced Siam crews. We try to start this aircrafts programs in the long term future but our problems with Siam is now. We had a fews older Mig-21 Bis fighters, L-39 Albatross ground attack, a few attack helicopters but these are not remotely sufficient to counter Siam's air powers. Right now it is much more cheaper and fastest way to counter Siam air attack is through train, acquire better SAM systems. I hope this will help answer your questions. Don't worry Khmers will not loose this fights, we will not perish.
Outsiders love to see Hun Sen win the election, instead, why? because it will be easier for them to continue to manipulate to get whatever they wanted, e,g. land concessions, continueing to encroach on both sides between the east and the west. Please, you need to let go off your power and let others have ago. The ones with quality skills, where no one can manipulate them.
Remember this, outsiders are able to print more money to fool all of us e.g buying our hard earned produce such as rice, dry fish etc (known as the legal thieves-gov't) . The whole world knows this fact and was willing to use gold as their commodity, rather than the 'dollars', why? because no one can print gold, simple as that, and so, the dollar will be collapsed. But, the US did want to risk this and so, look at what they did to the middle east now... they believed in 'destroy them before they destroy us', but God knows every move they make, so time will tell. Because god loves what is right and just.
Able to print more money means able to steal since there is no watch dog to control or balance GDP...In this sense, we need someone with skills to articulate the overall position in economic development from internal and external approaches. Hun Sen alone can not do this, so, if possible please call upon all political leaders of both sides to work together as a team, that is, even Hun Sen loses the election, he will still be important to us.
We need to conform, the more educated/experienced people we have, the better for our society. Hun Sen on the other hand, needs to pave a way for others to have ago for the image of our nation and also, he needs to acknowledge that 30 years in power is enough, everything needs change e.g like changing clothe on a daily basis or eles it will get stink, water flow keeps on moving for good outcome (cleansing), old car needs to be updated etc. So, change is good but not without a peaceful 'coexistence' agreement.
So, it is time to let go PM and it is time to pass on your skills to the new comers for the benefit of our nation. It is time for peace, not war because enough is enough. This time be fair and be honest to yourself and to others. Please try to listen to our people's voice and not outsiders no more. Because again outsiders never want what is best for us but the opposite. They would rather see us fighting one another instead of conformity. They made fun of us for years and now, it is time to stop.
Because khmers did not kill khmers. It was the work of the outsiders alone, it is known as 'killing two birds with one stone' and in the end, they are the ones who benefit from our downfall just as their planned. On top of that, they did not lose a dollar on war. Please wake up everyone!
