I am sick to see a royal dance continue to give bad influence on our modern society. Let the past barried itself. How they taught our women to be as pure as they can be and only to benefit some of those officials. Pol Pot saw such impunity within the palace and system and also its psycho doctrine which made him so furious and mad over such impunity going on there. He saw women were being treated as second class citizens compared to men and that, men had the right to bash their wife or have as many wives as they like, it was sic! and with the helped of the outsiders' manipulation, well thing got out of hands like, killing innocent ones instead of the crooks ones and in the end, he said ' I was not experienced enough on how to rule the nation, everything was based on experiement and then, it went horribly wrong and I am so sorry, it is right for you to blame me as much as you like, it is your right to do so'.
well, you damn right Pot Pot, it is all your fk fault for listening to the bloody VC in the first place son of a bt..mfk. and then, he said ' I trusted the VC and then, they betrayed me', off course they betrayed you because you were dumbed just like ah kingta and you proved yourself wrong!...
Anyway, back to the dance. The dance is more or less like day dreamers, mainly, consisted of tevada (angel) life like. Making women to believe that they came from out of space, totally lost touch with reality. Atittude of submissive toward their men, sick!
9 out of 10 married women were being bashed by their husband and was considered as normal, sic!

calm down. why do you still live in the past? this dance carried since Hindu begun to build the khmer nation, thousand years ago, not the 800 years Buddhism entered.'it's just an entertainment.
You need to go see the psychiatrist soon.
