KI-Media loves to hear from you, and we're giving you a bullhorn. We just ask that you keep things civil. Please leave out personal attacks, do not use profanity, ethnic or racial slurs, or take shots at anyone's sexual orientation or religion. We thank you for your cooperation!
I would like to express my deep sorrow for Mr.Prak Vanny's family on his decease. We were in Khao I Dang refugee camp together in early 1980, where we were volunteers in the Public Health Department. We were compensated with one can of sardine for each day work, (and we were so happy with that).
We met again in Cambodia (I was from California)in the late 1990, trying to promote democracy in our homeland.

May Mr. Prak Vanny's soul rest in peace.
One of his friend.
Death to Prak Vanny spirit.
You went to Cambodia to kiss HS ass to get the position.
You deserve to die.
