the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the world
Excellencies,
Since
1945, communist Vietnam under the leadership of Ho Chi Minh planned
to create the Indochinese Federation including Cambodia and Laos.
Vietnam has supported the Khmer rebellions, called Khmer Viet Minh
and created the "United Front of Issarak" for one purpose
to include Cambodia in the Federation. With the Geneva Conference of
1954, recognizing the independence of Cambodia (November 9, 1953) by
the French, the Vietnamese communists were obliged by the Agreement,
to withdraw from Cambodia, taking with them thousands of Khmer
Vietminh and Khmer Leu (Khmer of Northeast Cambodia) for military
training and to train for future leaders of Cambodia.
By
1960, communist North Vietnamese were again invaded Cambodia by
installing military bases to support the Khmer Rouge regime and to
fight South Vietnam. Cambodia had fallen into the hands of the Khmer
Rouge in 1975 with the help of the Vietnamese communists and the
Cambodian people suffered the worst massacre in human history whose
Communist Vietnam can not escape its responsibilities.
Pretending
to help and to
liberate Cambodia from the Khmer Rouge, Vietnam rather occupy this
country since 1979 to date by installing millions of settlers.
There
were 22 years ago, 23 October 1991, nineteen countries have signed at
Paris Peace Agreement on Cambodia. Vietnam, as the invader of
Cambodia, the signer was the most affected by this Agreement. Under
this Agreement:
Article
1: Cambodia must cancel the treaties to defend its sovereignty.
Article
2: The other signatories including Vietnam must respect that
sovereignty.
Article
3: Cambodia must respect the Human Rights.
Article
4: The signatories must not allow a country violating Cambodia.
Article
5: In case of violation of territorial rights, the signatories and
the two co-chairs of the Paris Conference on Cambodia arrange for a
peaceful settlement and/or enter the UN and the Security Council the
UN.
Article
8: All categories of foreign forces must withdraw from Cambodia and
will no longer be returned.
Twenty
two years later, Cambodia and its people are facing to
serious problems caused by the invader and colonizer Vietnam and the
communist dictator Hun Sen supported by Vietnam. None of incompatible
treaties of 1979, 82, 83 and 85 between Cambodia and Vietnam has been
canceled. On the contrary, these treaties have been strengthened and
extended by the 2005 bilateral treaty additive to consolidate the
colonization and annexation of neighboring Cambodia by Vietnam. Under
these treaties, Vietnam has trampled on the sovereignty, independence
and territorial integrity of Cambodia, ignoring his signature on the
Paris Peace Agreement of October 23, 1991. Cambodia is still under
the domination of Vietnam since 1979. In addition, the Cambodian
people has since been battered by these dictators Royalo-communist
Khmer Rouge Hun Sen and the CPP supported by Vietnam. In the early
21st century, the Khmer people aspire to live free, independent and
non-colonized by Vietnam. They will use all peaceful means available
and non-violent acts based on the Paris Peace Agreement in order to
recover its freedom and independence and make Cambodia's sovereignty,
territorial integrity in a State of Law.
When
injustice becomes law and dictatorship supported by the colonialist
Vietnam, the resistance of the Khmer people is a prelude to the
popular revolution inevitable.
The
people of Cambodia and the Khmer Lotus Revolution, by using this
international tool, the Paris Peace Agreement, demand strongly to
Vietnam and his Prime Minister, to comply with the terms of the Paris
Agreement that he was signed. The Cambodian people with the Khmer
Lotus Revolution will use all means available and non-violent acts to
force Vietnam to respect the terms of this Agreement. The Khmer Lotus
Revolution will accuse Vietnam for responsabilities of any overflow
against the Cambodian people.

Very good intention by lotus revolution but the election participation by CNRP should not be discouraged.
MR.Sam Rainsy who came to stockton, on
april 26, 2013 said that non participation means we are losing the base and that the
international community- will not listen to us.
I said things are not accomplished overnight.
It take a few hundred years for Vietnam to take Kampucheakrom.
It takes many years for Vietnam to control Cambodia like it does now.
It takes longer time to undo what had been done to Cambodia.
Thank you Mr.Sam Rainsy and Mr. Kem Sokha who volunteer to be the Khmer leaders at this dangerous time.

Cambodia has already been taken by Yuon. What more proofs do you all need? Hun Sen already sold it to Yuon.
Thank for the the information. The world must be aware of the millions of Youn living in Cambodia and the millions of Youn living in Laos. After the Vietnamese Invasion there was no Vietnamese.
Khmer Rouge was a result of the Vietnamese plan to annex Cambodia. Khmer Rouge had little power and little arm to invade Vietnam. The world must know the damage Vietnam had doen to Cambodia and its people. Including the K5 Plannign Genocide occured in the 1980s under the Vietnamese occupation.
Why was K5 Planning Genocide orchrsitrated by the Vietnamese not on discussion in the ICCC or ECCC?
Before*** the Vietnamese Invasion there was no Vietnamese.
Just as there was no Vietnamese population or settlers living in Koh Tral, an island belonging to the Cambodia by rights.

Talk can lead into action and the outcome could be achieved, if not, well, at least, the world knows who the real killers and thieves are. Therefore, how does it feel to be caughted red handed? the answer is lower than animals because even animals know its own territory.
It is time for justice be done because it is 'right and just'. In 1958, the agreement had been made between the super power nations 1) 'not to interfere in each other internal affair' but the VC and the Chinese crooks did interfere in our khmer internal affair and as a result of this, 3million of our educated ones been murdered in cold blood by using the tactic of 'killing two birds with one stone'.
2) 'Respect each other culture and identity' but the VC killed a lot of khmer monks and only to be replaced by their own monks as well as banning khmer children from learning their own mother tongue language 3) 'Free trade agreement' but our khmer people have earned much less than the Viets and of of their Asian nations.
4) 'only 5 nuclear proliferation states are allowed' but now North Korea and Pakistain, India etc are able to obtain one 5) 'No first nuke attack unless one of those rules is bridged' but so far, all the rules have been broken and no one in this world can do anything about it!.
God said 'they shall not kill and steal' but it looks like they all doing just that. Therefore, it is time for the international community to come together and try to discuss about what went wrong? The answer to that is, 1) no nation should obtain any nuclear bombs 2) all nations should respect each other boundary 3) no need to use force but with the diplomatic dialogue to solve all problems (win/win), after all, we belong to the earth and the earth does not belong to us
4) Limitation in population growth by having a 1 child policy (no need to use war to eliminate people) 5) try to focus on clean environmental issuses like; clean fresh water, river, increase the productions of agriculture etc, as well share in knowledge and skills to protect this world that we live in because everything is being connected just like our body parts are being connected and therefore, we need each other to survive better,. From here, if the good do nothing the evil will win
