He does not represent his country but the UN. His job is to promote Democracy and Human Rights without any vested interests. It is up to Khmer people to listen to his recommendation or not. Nothing is forced on anybody. All of that paid by the UN. So useless or not it is still a free service provided by the UN and can only be beneficial as food for thought whether one accept it or not....

These students got my support, they are brave to stand up against international gangsters. The so-called UN human rights raporteur is nothing but a stooge for the western powers and the US, the biggest international gangster and human right violator, to illegally and blatantly violate Cambodia sovereignty. Those oppositions who are in collusion with those gangsters are the real traitors to their people, their traitorous plot shall be crushed and they will be charged and prosecuted for crimes against their own people.
