Regarding Cambodia, Khmer people must have hope that sooner on later we will break the expansionist Vietnam's grip as long as we keep fighting.
It is unfortunate that we live next to this monster Vietnam, but in life there are always problems.
We must overcome the problems that presented to us. Make ourselves the problems for this evil Vietnam by biting, stinging, throw shit at them, etc...until they feel that Cambodia's land is not a nice place for them to stay.

He represents of HOPE. But Cambodians' hope of being freed from the Vietnamese expansionism is not going to happen.
It is not an insult but the facts.
Cambodians/Khmers need a Mighty Divine Power to save them, the Divine power that humans used to say "natural disaster". No military or army can remove the Viets' expansionism out of Cambodia.
The US and China are not going to help this small disarrayed Buddhist state no matter what.
Khmers have to re-adjust and adopt how to live under new ruler, new owner.
