This is what I am looking for. I knew that I used to learn when I was in high school. Please stand up and fight for our territory back.
Correct, Kah Tral belongs to Cambodia. Vietnam took it by force in 1979 when it invaded Cambodia. Therefore, we khmer patriots must reclaim it from Vietnam based on the 1991 Paris peace agreement by takin action against Vietnam to International Court of Justice at The Hague, Holland.
To some idiot khmers, How long does it takes for you to know very well that Ah Hun is serving Youns. If you don't wake up, one day you will live with Youns and under Youns control.

koh tral is closer to Cambodia than to Vietnam. Chhouk Rin, the former Khmer Rouge commander, now imprisoned by CPP, told Rong Chhun who was jailed with him in Prey Sar that he was stationed in Koh Tral when he was a Khmer Rouge commander during Khmer Rouge regime. Hun Sen is the most idiotic Khmer leader I have ever seen. Hun Sen is nothing for Khmer but a deadly disease. Khmer must rid of this idiot.
the koh tral island issue is going back to the french colonial days, it's not sihanouk's fault nor hun sen's fault like the opposition like to accuse. study the french colonial history of cambodia and you will understand better. so stop accusing hun sen or sihanouk for the french colonial administration then. how can cambodia forget koh tral island, it's so much closer to cambodia and cambodian people can see it today from kampot, kep, bokor, etc, you know. most cambodians cannot understand how can french separate our beloved koh tral island to youn control then, we khmer just don't understand that at all, you know! there was no justice for cambodia at all for this kind of stealing of khmer lands, islands, etc!
koh tral is always a khmer island given not only its geograhical proximity to cambodia compare to youn country or vietnam. maybe youn or vietnam like they do just take koh tral island from cambodia because they wanted to be like french or other superpowers of those days. for your information, youn or vietnam was never a superpower of any sort, you know, so don't even go there! in cambodia's perspective, koh tral island is much closer to mainland cambodia than it is to youn country or vietnam. so, it the french colonial administration was wrong to disconnect this khmer island to the then "cochine" administration. the french colonial administration should've left koh tral island's administration to cambodia then, not to youn or vietnam, you know. so, it's not the fault of any cambodian, it was the french colonial administration that separated khmer koh tral island for their colonial administration purpose then. and when they left "indochina", they should've handed back koh tral island administration to cambodia, not keep it to youn control or vietnam control like it is today, you know.
Kas Tral is an integral part of Cambodia. It was taken by Vietnamese force and annexed by Vietnam during the 1979 invasion. If CNRP wins the July 2013 election, the new government leaded by Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha will take actions to International Court of Justice against Vietnam based on the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement.
According to IRI survey report on Election in Cambodia scheduled on July 28, 2013, CNRP will win(54% of the total votes) and Sam Rainsy will be the next Prime Minister of Cambodia
The CNRP's seven points are reiterated below:
1)An individual 65 years of age and older would receive monthly assistance of 40,000 riels
2)A worker's minimum monthly wage would be 600,000 riels
3)A public servant's minimum monthly salary would be one million riels
4)A farmer would be guaranteed to receive at least 1,000 riels per kilogram of rice
5)Poor people would receive free medical care
6)Youths would receive equal education opportunity and proper employment
7)The prices of oil, fertilizer, electricity and the interest rate on loans would be reduced
Sam Rainsy is the best Kaun Khmer patriot who dares to declare that Vietnam is the new colonialist that annexed most of Cambodian territory.
That is why he is the only Khmer that Vietnam is afraid of. Vietnam try by all mean to eliminate him from Cambodia by using its puppet government and kangaroo court in Cambodia to deny Sam Rainsy in entering Cambodia.
This is the 21st century; Vietnam can not colonize Cambodia as the last century. The 1991 Paris Peace Agreement (1991 PPA) signed by 19 signatory countries including Cambodia and Vietnam guaranteeing the territorial integrity of Cambodia. If Cambodia has a new government which is independent of Vietnam, it can ask the signatory countries to reconvene the 1991 PPA to rescind all unequal treaties between Hun Sen Government and Vietnam from 1979 to 2005 and reclaim all lost territory annexed by Vietnam during that period including Kah Tral.
No matter how sneaky Vietnam is, it will not be able to hide its bad intention any more. The world knows that Vietnam is not a honest nation. Vietnam is a thief who never respects its promises. During Vietnam American war, King Sihanouk of Cambodia helped Vietnam by offering a sanctuary or a hiding place near the border of Cambodia and Vietnam to protect Vietnamese and Vietcong from US bombing. In return Vietnam repays the debt by taking a big chunk of Cambodian territory including Kah Tral.
All Khmer must raise this question, please don't believe a vicked Decho Hun Nal at all. He signed that land for Viet in exchange with his power to oppress Khmers.

Here what i have learned in 7th grad in Khmer school while back in Vichea sas or Phum sas Khmer:Khmer has kosh Tral,koh Ses,koh Trolarch,koh rong,etc.Kosh Tral wad Khmer's island Hun sen gave to Hanoi.We'll take Hanoi to ICJ to get our Island back.Can't wait any longer...Please don't let our Island drift away to Yuon without a fight!....

VC,Chinese, and CPP traitor crooks are the ones behind such a crooked action. They are very good lying, decieving and manipulation. They killed 3 millions of our educated ones and then, they went on to say, 'khmers are racists, dumb, stupid and lazy', while they continue to rob (from our hard earned produce such rice and fish), steal (deforestation, land concession, national land for sale to fill in their pockets) and kill (activists, journalists like Chut vuty, Chea Vichea, Pisit Pilica, Touch srey nich and pov pahna pich) us khmers, despite the god's law 'they shall not kill and steal' and so, who is the stupid ones here?
Hun Sen is going to go through the same fate as 'Kingta, Pol Pot, Hawk Lundi and so on. They have done it before and they will do it again and again. They took Laos, Champa, prey Nokor (Saigon), Khmer Krom, Koh Tral and now, the whole srok Khmer. They are very viscious, they have no moral.
Their evil tactics and tricks are plentiful. They made khmers killed khmers or killing two birds with one stone e,g they created Pol pot to fight against Lon Nol and then, they created Chea Sim, Heng Sarin and Hun Sen to fight against Pol Pot and now, they tried to make Hun Sen to fight against his own people. Their evil deed will never end, and so, we need NATO to come in to intervene, to rescue us khmers from such crooked people.
During KR era, Chinese sold certain amount of war related weapons to Pol Pot in exchange from khmers hard earned produces such as rice and fish, while khmers had to go through coping with war, over worked and starved to death. In the end, those weapons falled into VC's hand used to help killing khmers Lon Nol, plus with the helped of the US-B52 bombing made it possible for the whole khmer empire's downfall.
The truth is, khmers never wanted war, it was the work of the outsiders alone. Their aim of destroying the little nation is endless. So, from here, what are we going to do about it? The truth is only god almighty can help us, because the truth will always be the truth and the truth will set us free. That khmers are a kind, gentle with open hearts but because of our kindness, they took advantage of us and our downfall. Nevertheless, god said 'the righteous will live forever and the wicked will be doomed...justice will be done on earth and in heaven',
Therefore, at least we still have hope, faith and love, in all of us khmers, because god is right and just. So, for the crooked people, your time is limitted, you can run but you can't hide. Because in the end, the good will always be prevailed, Amen!

Mr Rong Chong is correct, My brother was Khmer Rough Solder serving the army in between 1970 to 1978 in Koh Tral, during Khmer Rough, Koh Tral was controlled my Khmer Rough, and Koh Tral did not have any Vietamese living in that island, only after 1985 until now Vietnamese come to live and declare that Koh Tral belongs to Vietnam. We need to reclaim it back as Koh Tral island is solely belong to Cambodia. Hun Sen had ignorantly signed the treaties with Vietnam to fulfil the complementary and/or legal treaty to give the Koh Tral island to Vietnam without conscience as being a Khmer at all. I do agree with Mr Rong Chhun - I was also taught during the People's Republic of Kampuchea regime that Koh Tral and other islands surrounding the Koh Tral island are belong to Cambodia. Please refer to the government of Singapore’s objection to the control of Koh Tral by Vietnam, in case required, at any circumstances by the international bodies and institutions.
Any treaties signed by Hun Sen’s regime from 1979 to present (2005) in relation to Cambodia’s sovereignty of state and territorial integrity must be annulled and/or nullification since he and/or Cambodia has been under controlled by Vietnam during this period of time.
