i guess due to traumatic experience of the past, cambodian people tend to lack trust for each other. so, cambodia has to work on the trust issue, but it's not easy to win trust of people, you have to show them and there's got to play by the rule of law, that's how trust can be won in cambodia. people want and need justice, otherwise, there's little trust if any at all. cambodia is about trust and warranty the rule of law always, i think! nobody want to go back to being chaotic, civil war so they become refugees and would lose all they had, etc, it's like going back to 1975 when the entire population of the cities, towns, etc were forced to evacuate, so people lost everything. people of cambodia don't want to go back to that scenario again, really! so, cambodia has to work on trust issue with education and guarantee that any new winning party would violate any existing law to cause public disturbance or chaos or fear or violation, etc... this is where the rule of law help to curb and control that kind of situation, you know! so cambodia emphasize the good and sound rule of law for the country. cambodia has to think about the good scenario and the bad scenario as well so we all could be prepared and take swift action and not allow chaos and lawlessness to wreak havoc like 1975 KR take over again, ok! and of course, every nation and everyone who care enough and love enough about cambodia all can help to make a difference in our country. god help us all in cambodia.

also, cambodian law should warranty or guarantee that in the case of new party win in future to come, the rule of law must instill or put in place protection for what was and not cause chaos due to change of administration, etc... this is how you win the people's heart and mind by winning their trust. otherwise, you'll have resistant or hestitant or struggle all the time which is unwanted in cambodia anymore, really! the law stipulate that any new law will not impact tremendously what was in existence always. can't go back in retrospective in change, this way it is a guarantee for people not to fear chaos. people are happier with the rule of law, i think! i'm not saying that what could happen in cambodia, but cambodia has to be prepared for the worst case scenario. people are always react to the worst case, not the good case.

ANTICIPATING VIETNAM’S NEXT MOVE AND MAKING VIETNAM ACCOUNTABLE OF ITS CRIMINAL ACTS AGAINST KHMER PEOPLE ARE THE KEYS FOR CAMBODIA’S SURVIVAL.
As the election is approaching, Khmer people should foresee some events that would likely to occur.
If the CNRP is able to convince the puppet government to reform the NEC, there will be good chance that the CNRP wins this upcoming election.
What would happen to Cambodia thereafter?
I have kept saying that after the CNRP wins this election, Vietnam will stage a fake civil war to destabilize the new government and at the same time Vietnam will launch a psychological warfare by spreading the words that “ you see, without Hun Sen and the CPP, there is war in Cambodia”. And some Khmer people would believe so because they normally don’t spend time to find the cause of the problems.
We must find out who start this fake civil war after the CNRP wins the election. Khmer people should expose those criminals who start this fake civil war and bring them to face justice in the International Criminal Court (ICC), which has prosecuted many criminals against humanity in recent years.
A fake civil war is a war between the Vietnamese who have been living in Cambodia after Vietnam’s invasion in 1979 and the new CNRP’s government. It is absolutely not a war between Khmer and Khmer.
Notice that by being able to install a puppet government since 1979, Vietnam has allowed Cambodia to have peace in exchange for its total dominance in Cambodia.
Just look at the Khmer natural resource, the temple Angkor Wat, the border’s encroachment, and most importantly the incessant mass influx of the Vietnamese into Cambodia. So, the current peace in Cambodia is extremely dangerous because Khmer people will become a minority in the near future. And Vietnam will eventually absorb Cambodia by legal means.
Why does Vietnam initiate a new war in Cambodia after the CNRP wins ?
Here is the trend:
1- After march 18, 1970, Vietnam invaded Cambodia. We must know that this invasion would have occurred anyway with or without Sihanouk’s request.
2- In late 1978 and 1979, Vietnam invaded Cambodia because Pol Pot refused to submit to Vietnam. Again, we must know that this invasion would have occurred with or without Heng Samrin, Chea Sim, and Hun Sen’s requests. Vietnam has its own plan to attack Cambodia.
3- Therefore, after this July 28, 2013, after the CNRP wins the election, Vietnam will use its special force who have been living in Cambodia since 1979 to attack the new government to create social turbulence. Again this attack would occur with or without Hun Sen’s request. But if Hun Sen requests, it will give Vietnam a valid excuse to attack Cambodia.
Vietnam might also create some groups to act violently such as killing people and then linking those groups with the CNRP, thus giving Vietnam and its puppet the right to restore order and crush the CNRP’s government. We should aware of this “blaming” tricks deployed by Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen.
4- If Vietnam is a friendly neighbor, why did Vietnam create and brainwash the Khmer Vietminh ?what was Vietnam’s ulterior motive behind the creation of Khmer Vietminh? These Khmer Vietminh have been using by Vietnam as a mask or a tool to cover Vietnam’s action in Cambodia. i think in asia, not just in cambodia for this reason, people who are in power tend to abuse the immunity system that every nation has for their leaders, the military, royalty, etc... they abuse the system, that's the problem. now, cambodia needs to distinguish between civilian and public service. know your role and stop abusing the system. time to get out of your comfort zone for a change, ok! it is ok to think outside of the box sometimes and be the one who stands out and make a difference. all it takes is one or two, not the whole group, ok!
