Loved meeting Basel today, a Cambodian boy my dad, President Bill Clinton, first met in 2006! Basel was one of the first kids in Cambodia to receive ARVs thanks to the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Today there is universal access to ARVs for adults and kids. -- Chelsea Clinton, 30 May 2013

Please don't trust evil Yuon/Vietnamese doctors (and Thai doctors) because they are the real enemies of all Cambodian people and children when it comes to medical treatments.
Vietnamese/Yuon dog Hun Sen and his CPP cronies are real killers coming from evil Vietnam. Hun Sen is very blind and brainwashed by his Vietnamese bosses and evil Ho Chi Minh because he [Hun Sen] has been told and ordered by his masters in Hanoi what to do to hurt innocent children and Khmer people. Yuon/Vietnamese CPP members are illegal residents coming from evil Communist Vietnam because they have been waiting for the opportunity to take land and property when Khmer people were killed and become minority.
