June is Dictator Appreciation Month: Hun Sen (Cambodia)

Movements.org is declaring June Dictator Appreciation Month.

Why? Because we like sarcasm. And right now, activists around the world are using comedy and satire better than ever to tell the truth about dictators who violate human rights & to fight back against PR companies who are paid big money to "white-wash" their image...

Hun Sen (Cambodia)

Yes, it is true that Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen—you can call him “Illustrious Prince, Great Supreme Protector and Famed Warrior,” or “Techo”, for short— helped to topple the Khmer Rouge and its genocidal leader Pol Pot in the 1980’s, but Cambodia’s modern-day dictator has copied the playbook of the Khmer Rouge, resorting to vicious oppression to maintaining power… Since he snatched the Prime Minister seat in 1985, his regime has been accused of torturing thousands of political prisoners through electric shock and suffocation; illegally detaining and killing journalists and activists; and using his control of the legislature, courts, economy and police to bestow profit and influence on his family and inner circle. Nearly every school, road, or bridge built these days in Cambodia bears the name of Hun Sen or his wife Bun Rany, and the couple has even managed to jack Cambodians’ love for karaoke in service of their cult of personality by slipping in a bangin’ propaganda track amongst every few played on TV and at karaoke clubs around the country. Like you, Hun Sen gets the power of comedy— he has drafted some of the country’s leading comedians into his security services so he can keep his eyes eye on them. Speaking of eyes, Hun Sen only has one, and you can actually follow it on Twitter: @HunSensEye.

History repeats itself. There're too many secret things Khmers don't know and they will never know what happened to their country from the Empire to soon no country to call home.

The Khmer Buddhists made Jayavaraman vii a greatest King, when the man never conquered any land beside only freed Khmers from Cham who sacked and invaded Khmer Empire. While he was on the throne in power, he made himself supreme god. While he was only focusing on Cham, illegal Thais infiltrated all over at western region and controlled it (No Khmer historians wrote about).

It's in the history of Chinese vs. Thais. Million illegal Thais pouring toward western part of the Khmer empire, Jayavaraman vii stayed silent, frightened perhaps.

(Cham and Thais worked together) it's in the history. Cham invaded Khmer Empire, let Thais easily entered the Khmer Empire, and Jayavaraman vii could not do a thing to Thais. His new religion was a sign of "Surrender" to Thai army who controlled most western region of the Empire. Thais let him bloom a bit but through his last hour of his death, the Empire was doomed.

Now Hun Sen stands on the same ground as Jayavaraman vii. He cannot cough while million illegal Yuon keep coming into Cambodia. He focused on Thais, but behind the scene Yuon and Thais are working together. Yuon let Hun Sen blooming but wait and see after his death, Good bye Cambodia.

If Jayavaraman vii was god king, so is Hun Sen. Some fanatic Khmer even dared to declare that Jayavaraman vii is the son of God and said Jayavaraman vii is Jesus Christ.

Yeahh right!!! LIE, LIE and Keep Lying. The fact Jayavaraman vii was a coward and looser scared to face Thai army, just like Hun Sen is scared to face Yuon.

Jayavaraman 7 was a Thai's puppet, and Hun Sen is a Yuon's puppet.

The Khmer Buddhists keep lying and lying about the real history. When Chinese army chased Thais out of Yunnan (Currently China province), million of those Thais (Origin Shan people or T'ai) infiltrated into the Khmer Empire while Jayavaraman 7 was in power.

The Thais were Buddhists since they were in their land (in China before Chinese took).

Jayavaraman 7 instead of forming a big army to defend Khmer empire, he forced every Khmer to becoming Buddhist, and all he did was barking at Champa while million illegal Thais were all over of western part of the empire. He did not dare to face Thai army, so they controlled all of those regions.

God king??? Many great warriors throughout this planet who conquered almost the whole world deserve to be called a greatest Warrior, but not that phony Jayavaraman 7 that Khmer Buddhists lied about him. The guy did nothing besides inherited the empire already built by the true great warriors whose names are not in the evil Khmer Buddhists book.
