រាល់ថ្ងៃ ខ្ញុំ បានឮបងប្អូន ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ត្អូញត្អែ អំពី ការលំបាក ក្នុងការប្រកបរបរ ចិញ្ចឹមជីវិត របស់ខ្លួន។ ភ្លើងអគ្គិសនី មានតម្លៃខ្ពស់ រហូត ដល់២,០០០រៀល ក្នុងមួយគីឡូវ៉ាត់។ ឯប្រេងសាំងវិញ ក៏មិនថោក, គឺ តម្លៃមួយលីត្រ ៥,៥០០រៀល។
ខ្ញុំ ដឹងថា តម្លៃទាំងនេះ គឺថ្លៃកប់ពពក។ ខ្ញុំ ក៏ដឹងទៀតថា បងប្អូន ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ មួយចំនួន ពុំមានលទ្ធភាព ចំណាយ លើការប្រើប្រាស់ អគ្គិសនី ឬចំណាយ លើថ្លៃសាំង សម្រាប់ការធ្វើដំណើរ ទៅធ្វើការឡើយ។ ហេតុអ្វី បានជាបងប្អូន ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខិតខំប្ រឹងប្រែង តស៊ូ ដើម្បីរស់ ទាំងលំបាកវេទនា ខណៈ ដែលមន្រ្តី ជាន់ខ្ពស់ រដ្ឋាភិបាល កាន់តែ មានបានហ៊ឺហា ដោយសារ ការប្រព្រឹត្ត អំពើពុករលួយនោះ?
Everyday I hear from Cambodians who are finding life too hard. The cost
of electricity is high as 2000R per kw. A litre of fuel can cost 5500R.
I know that these prices are too high. I know that Cambodians cannot
afford to light their homes or pay for fuel to travel to work. Why
should Cambodians struggle while the government grows rich off corrupt
deals?

u can't only blame on corrupted government, but it's general issue in all levels in cambodia. the school director charge $1200us for reprint the duplicated college diploma, the county clerk charge $200us for survey a residial plan. i don't think sam rainsy can oversee all these issues, unless he has to terminated all the current gorvernment workers for a new faces like what polpot had done in the past and after all, the corruption came back like mushroom and domino effect. in south east asia, the corruption is like a virus that no one can cure.

I agree with you! It happens before and It will happen again! In society there can never be too far to the right or too far to the left and there must be some in between. Right in Cambodia...you are either rich or dirt poor! There is no middle class! I find this very disturbing and war is not too far in the distance future!
To have rich people and there must be poor people! And to balance the rich people and the poor people and there must be middle class people!
KI should know that all Ah sokha and Ah rainsy promise the people that if they win the election, they will low down the cost of gas, electric, and the other high cost things. but to cut cost that low where they going to get the subsidize fund from? this is empty promise.

AH HUN SEN Cambodian people party has yet to sign anti-corruption law! Corruption cost Cambodia $500 million a year! If Cambodian leaders take a fraction of this money to stimulate Cambodian economy by vocational training, create jobs, create projects, and raise the wage to fit the living condition...and it can be done!
This is not empty promise! This is kick ass CPP promise to shut the flow of money that promote corruption and unaccountability! Cambodia need to be run by professionals who understand the economy and number! The mafia style of running Cambodia is over!
