$ 150,00 is not that much, less than one night stay in Raffles Hotel in Phnom Penh. But where will you get all the money ?
This is an illusion to say, then to implement into the real facts. You will also not able to collect the whole money from oversea Khmer to pay the Cambodian garment workers.
The overseas did not give you just for free. They expected also from you, what they have invest into your activities.

Possibly, Hun Sen is put to death and keep quiet for not allowing his CPP supporters to know what happens to Yuon/Vietnamese puppet Hun Sen.
