Everywhere seem to be flood prone anymore!
Hun $en sewage systems is on the streets not under the streets. KHMER people are not clean and throwing garbages everywhere. No body can cleanup because millions of people are throwing garbage on the streets everyday. The bad smell, mosquitoes and flies are affecting our life. Khmer people need to cleanup our acts and stop throwing garbage on the streets it is blocking the sewage systems. PHNOM PENH sewage systems are not an international standard at least 20 meters under the streets currently only 2 meters. Flooding and damaging every year for life, if Hun $en don't put that money to fix the broken systems. Any way all Hun $en systems are broken.

មែនខ្ងុំសូមសរសើអ្នកជុំនាន់ក្រោយថាពូកែក៏ប៉ុន្តែ មុននឹងធ្វើអ្វីមួយគួរសិក្សាអោយបានលំអិតបន្តិចកុំធ្វើអោយតែរួចពីដៃដូចជាស្ពានកោះពេជ្រមិនគួរអោយមនុស្សរាប់រយនាក់ស្លាប់អាសាបង់ដោយការធ្វេសប្រហែសរបស់អ្នកសាងសង់ គឺគ្មាន
ច្រកចេញនៅពេលមានអសន្ន សូមយកពាក្យខុំទៅពិចារណាតើខុសឫត្រូវ គំនិតអាជ័យចប់ត្រឺមសាលាវត្តព្រោះម៉ែអត់មាន លុយអោយរៀនដូចកូនគេអ្នកមានលុយ

cambodia should divert this flood water to be used for growing rice and raising fish for food and selling, you know. be glad cambodia as a nation is blessed with abundant of fresh water everywhere, you know. some country on earth don't even have water and their lands turn to desert, not cambodia, our land is full of fresh water fish and aquatic plants which some people can use for food, you know. if that's not a blessing by god of nature, then what is it, really!
