ផែនការណ៍ដ៏ល្អរបស់គណបក្ស កម្មុយនិស្ដដែលជាខ្ញុំកញ្ជះ ចិន យួន លើកនេះ ខ្ញុំ ខេម រិន្ទ មើល ឃើញយ៉ាងច្បាស់ថាលោក សម រង្សី កំពុងដើរទៅតាមអី្វដែលជាគំនូសដែលពួកយួន គេ បាន គូសអោយដើរ ហ្នឹងឯង ចំណែកឯលោក សម រង្សី វិញនៅពេលនេះ គឺប្រៀបបានដូចជាមនុស្សកំពុង តែពុល (ទឹកតែអុង )គាត់កំពុងលង់ផុង ខ្លួន យ៉ាងជ្រៅទៅក្នុងកី្តស្រមើលស្រមៃថាខ្លួនជា អ្នកខ្លាំង ជាអ្នក ឈ្នះ ក្នុងលែ្បង នយោបាយផ្សងព្រេង ដែលមាន យួន ជាអ្នកកំណត់សន្លឹកឆ្នោតរបស់ជាតិខ្មែរ ។ គណបក្ស ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា មានការលំបាកយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះរូបលោក សម រង្សី កន្លងមក ព្រោះថា ទាល់តែមានរូបលោក សម រង្សី ចូលរួមក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោតទើបត្រឹមត្រូវនិងយកជាការបាន ទោះបីជាពួកគេដឹងហើយថា ការបោះឆ្នោតក្នុងប្រទេសខ្មែរយើងបច្ចុប្បន្នកុំថាឡើយតែលោក សម រង្សី សូម្បី តែខ្មោច ស្ដេចកម្មុយនិស្ដ នរោត្ដម សីហនុ ងើបឡើងពីនរកមកឈរឈ្មោះអោយជនជាតិខ្មែរ បោះឆ្នោតអោយ ក៏មិនអាចយកឈ្នះពួកគេបានដែរ ។

THE DEFIANCE OF THE INTERNATIONAL TREATY HAS BEEN VIETNAM’S TRADE MARK TO SUCCESS
For decades, the evil Vietnam has manipulated the situation in Cambodia by initiating wars, killings through Khmer Vietminh, sabotaging, supporting some dumb Khmers to seize the power and using them as tools to execute its plan of annexing Cambodia.
To end Cambodia misery, Khmer people and the international community must understand this evil Vietnam’s behavior and they need to take appropriate actions accordingly.
Vietnam has been accomplishing its goal by not keeping its promises and not abiding by the treaties it had signed.
For example:
1- In 1968, the evil north Vietnam told the world that it would honor Vietnam tradition and not make any attacks during the Vietnamese New Year “Tet”. That trick had worked well because North Vietnam was able to launch an all out surprise attacks all over Vietnam, making it the turning point of the Vietnam war.
2- In 1973, North Vietnam had signed a peace treaty with the US. North Vietnam did not comply with such treaty and resumed its attack on the allies troops.
3- In 1991, Vietnam was one of the signatory countries of the Paris peace accord.
Vietnam did not comply with such accord and instead implemented all the bilateral treaties which it had signed with Cambodia during its occupation. In addition, Vietnam has generated a 2005 supplemental treaty with Cambodia, resulting the loss of Khmer land and islands and millions of the Vietnamese infiltrated into Cambodia.
By taking these facts into consideration, we can fairly predict Vietnam’s next moves in Cambodia: something that is lawful and right will never be in Vietnam’s plans.
The followings are some of the possibilities that Vietnam might be taken:
a – Kill Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha.
b- Use its people to instigate the CNRP’s
members to draw violence so that
Vietnam and its puppet could use force to
suppress the CNRP’s members.
c- If the CNRP wins the election, Vietnam
and its puppet would not relinquish the
power and stage a fake civil war against
the CNRP government and blame the
social unrest from the fake war on the
CNRP’s incompetence.
To resolve this evil Vietnam’s problem, the CNRP should clearly inform the international community about Vietnam’s total dominance over Cambodia and force Vietnam to comply with all the agreements or treaties it had signed.
For instance, the 1991 Paris peace accord.
Cambodia’s problem has always been so complex because Vietnam has taken extreme measures sharply against Khmer people’s wills to forge Cambodia to become a part of Vietnam. And naturally, Khmer people have to fiercely resist Vietnam’s ambition. Vietnam was/ is/ and always will be largely the cause of Cambodia’s problems.

Even if the CNRP won, Sam Rainsy knows full well that [to the extent that he cannot even vote] he cannot be Prime Minister of Cambodia because of Hun Sen's law stemming from Sihamoni's pardon. Yet, Sam Rainsy is brave enough to continue his fight for the democracy in Cambodia. For that, I should respecfully bow and say thank you for caring for our homeland, Sam Rainsy!!!
