Why National Election Comity do a lot extra vote papers ? because NEC and CPP work together ,the night before vote day the group or village chief of CPP need extra vote papers to give to the CPP members who they don't trust and the people who they can buy ,the chief give the vote papers that they already circle to those peoples and ask them to put it in the box and ask those people to bring back the blank vote papers to the chief to prove that those people did well and the chief need to return the blank vote papers to the NEC ,that the one of many trick that NEC and CPP work together .So how we can stop this trick if we are smart ?......
How about Viet illegal immigrants will cast Khmer ballots ?

She looks like Vietnamese in disguise. This is another divide and conquer strategy of Vietnamese where they divide people to blend in with the CNRP and when the CNRP gains support they are already in. It does not matter who will win, the Viet's head have already been installed.
