CNRP POSITION ON ELECTION RESULTS
At this morning’s press conference the CNRP rejects the election results as published by the CPP and the NEC.
The opposition party calls for the establishment of a joint investigation committee in order to identify all serious election irregularities and assess their impact on the above election results.
The investigation committee should be made up of representatives from the two main political parties, the civil society, the NEC, national and international election monitoring organisations and other specific NGOs.
On the basis of the investigation committee’s findings and recommendations, political leaders from both sides will find ways and means to strengthen democracy and to redress the injustice done to the Cambodian people whose will has been distorted for too long.

Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 30,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 30,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?
Koh Tral Island, the sea and land area of over 30,000 square kilometres have been lost to Vietnam by the 1979 to 1985 treaties. The Cambodian army at front lines suffer under rain, wind, bullets, bombs, lack of foods, lack of nutrition and their families have no health care assistance, no securities after they died but a very small group eat well, sleep well, sleep in first class hotel with air conditioning system with message from young girls, have first class medical care from oversea medical treatments, they are billionaires, millionaires who sell out the country to be rich and make the Cambodian people suffer everyday.
Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that resulted in the loss over 30,000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why they are not being transparent and brave enough to inform all Cambodians and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?

Although all major cities were now under NTC control, a few towns in western Libya—such as Bani Walid, Sebha and Sirte—remained Gaddafist strongholds.[273] Retreating to the latter after Tripoli's fall,[274] Gaddafi announced his willingness to negotiate for a handover to a transitional government, a suggestion rejected by the NTC, who held out for total victory.[273] Surrounding himself with trusted confidants and bodyguards,[274] he continually moved residences to escape NTC shelling; with food, water and electricity becoming scarce, Gaddafi devoted his days to reading the Qur'an and praying.[275] On the morning of Thursday 20 October, Gaddafi broke out of Sirte's District 2 in a joint civilian-military convoy, hoping to take refuge in the Jarref Valley.[276][277] At around 8.30am, NATO bombers attacked, destroying at least 14 vehicles and killing at least 53.[277][278] The convoy scattered, and Gaddafi and those closest to him fled to a nearby villa, which was shelled by rebel militia from Misrata. Fleeing to a construction site, Gaddafi and his inner consort hid inside drainage pipes while his bodyguards battled the rebels; in the conflict, Gaddafi suffered head injuries from a grenade blast while defence minister Abu-Bakr Yunis Jabr was killed.[277][279][280]
Overwhelming the loyalists, a Misratan militia took Gaddafi prisoner, beating him and stabbing him in the anus with a bayonet, causing serious injuries; the events were filmed on a cell phone, accompanied by cries of "Allahu Akbar!" and "Misrata!". Pulled onto the front of a pick-up truck, he fell off as it drove away. His semi-naked, lifeless body was then placed into an ambulance and taken to Misrata; upon arrival, he was found to be dead.[281] Official NTC accounts claimed that Gaddafi was caught in a cross-fire and died from his bullet wounds.[277] Other eye-witness accounts claimed that rebels had fatally shot Gaddafi in the stomach;[277] a rebel identifying himself as Senad el-Sadik el-Ureybi later claimed responsibility.[282] Gaddafi's son Mutassim, who had also been among the convoy, was also captured, and found dead several hours later, most probably from an extrajudicial execution.[283] Around 140 Gaddafi loyalists were rounded up from the convoy; tied up and abused, the corpses of 66 were found at the nearby Mahari Hotel, victims of extrajudicial execution.[284] Libya's chief forensic pathologist, Dr. Othman al-Zintani, carried out the autopsies of Gaddafi, his son and Jabr in the days following their death; although the pathologist initially told the press that Gaddafi had died from a gunshot wound to the head, the autopsy report was not made public.[285]
On the afternoon of Gaddafi's death, NTC Prime Minister Mahmoud Jibril publicly revealed the news.[277] Gaddafi's corpse was placed in the freezer of a local market alongside the corpses of Yunis Jabr and Mutassim; the bodies were publicly displayed for four days, with Libyans from all over the country coming to view them.[286] In response to international calls, on 24 October Jibril announced that a commission would investigate Gaddafi's death.[287] On 25 October, the NTC announced that Gaddafi had been buried at an unidentified location in the desert; Al Aan TV showed amateur video footage of the funeral.[288][289] Seeking vengeance for the killing, Gaddafist sympathisers fatally wounded one of those who had captured Gaddafi, Omran Shaaban, near Bani Walid in September 2012.[290]
Never too late all Cambodian must create a Petition to the United Nations to remove Hun Sen from Cambodia for his Criminal Activities, Crime Against Humanity, Human Rights abused, Money Laundering, Land Rights abused, murdered Cambodian by brutal forced evictions, etc.

The CNRP must call for the United Nation for the assistant to justify the unfair election! Cambodian must stand up!
Because Khmer people have been overwhelmingly supporting the CNRP, it is rational that this crook NEC cheated with a reasonable number to let the SEE PEE PEE won.
The percentage to win might have fixed before the election, making the CNRP an "almost winner" (Neak Biss Chneas).
I have cried out loud before the election that the CNRP's back was against the wall, there was no way to escape. The CNRP got to fight to death to get this NEC done before the election. The election needed to be postponed.
I have even called on the CNRP's leaders to stop campaigning for a few hours and discuss this NEC's issue. How can you fill your basket when someone named NEC cut a hole at the bottom of your basket? I saw the CNRP was working so hard, but may be not so smart.
The right way was that you worked that hard and push hard for that NEC change. No NEC change, the election must be postponed. Period.
What the CNRP should do with the current problem?
If you file a complaint, you got to do a follow up. The CNRP must not stop with the NO answer from the crook NEC because this answer NO you knew already.
After the NO from the NEC, you take your second option or second step. You escalate your demand, mounting the pressure until something concrete come out, and maybe the international community intervene and force a new election.
You got to know that Cmabodia's problem has always been so complex because we have an evil Vietnam behind the scene and it is the CNRP's job to explain to the world about this evil Vietnam's ill intention toward Cambodia.
I have kept writing so many times before the election that it is easy to mount a demonstration to chnage the NEC because we have the whole international community behind us and we would be successful at getting that NEC change and the CNRP will win the election.
If the "new election" was unprecedent, Cambodia may be an exception to the rule.

Who killed millions of Khmer people? The world will find the answer when it successfully brought up cases 003 and 004 in the KRT. And these cases 003 and 004 made the evil Vietnam and Hun Sen SO SO apprehensive.

Dear Cambodian Patriot,
Why don't we stand up for nation & people, this is a goo time & chance to fight Please Do highly consideration and Make detail calculation as below:
1: we found a whole nation of this election are being fraud and irregularity process (please see and heard news from independent radio & reports from neutral NGOs....facebooks network)
2: Prime Minister Hun Sen is being bad luck (based on his long term ruling party and government such as corruption, neopartism,....illical eviction or land Grabing or land concession...especially his father death before election day, CPP party leaders is being serious sick...) in this case I mean his spirit going down & weak)
3: His excellency Sam Rainsy is being good luck based
on his deciding back to Cambodia eventhough he know that he will be faced with sentence, finally he received a royal pardon from king. Furthermore, his reputation is being top popularity especially attracting from young voter.
4: Cambodian Nation Rescue Party is being strong because two strong leaders combine together (look like chopstick bundle)
5: International attention such as USA both (government and assembly. Especially under president OBMA administration please look at syria, libyia, and Egypt ...), EU, and UN. On the other hand china have good
relationship with USA due to economic cooperation...especially under new president of China's policy.)
6: Cambodian people are being tired off with long term runing government without effciency and transparency , no good livelihood, poore is poore, no land, no food such as Beongkok lake people after eviction finally die due to no food, medicine..... , no responsibly all their duty as government such as people died at Kosh Pech bridge almost 300 people died for nothing.
7: Prime Minister Hun Sen have bad history such as the death of Mr. Chea Vichea, death of demonstrators in 1997, and so on. So this time dare not to do any more because of war crime with humanbeing.
Based on these reasons how can we dare not to do a good job for nation and people through revolution or
demonstration until prime minister step down! Or until Intervention from international community.
I do hope we can do it this time, this place in this nation
