Hun Sen has nothing better to scare Cambodians by just using the same trick Khmer Rouge will be back if CPP lose.

Why National Election Comity do a lot of extra vote papers ? Because the night before vote day ( every body called the night ghost walking ) ,the group and village chief need to give the vote papers that they already circle number 4 CPP to some CPP members or give to the people who they can buy . After the chief ask all those people to put the vote papers already circle in the box and the chief ask them to bring back the blank vote papers to the chief to prove that all people did well and the chief can return all the blank vote papers to the NEC ,this is the trick tha NEC and CPP work together.
