៤-កំណាត់ផ្លូវលេខ ២៩៤ ចាប់ពីមហាវិថីព្រះនរោត្តមដល់វិថីព្រះសុធារស ។
៤- កំណាត់វិថីព្រះសុធារសចាប់ពីផ្លូវលេខ ២៩៤ ដល់ផ្លូវលេខ២៤០។

-ផ្លូវដង្ហែសពៈ ហាមដាច់ខាតការហែឆ្លងកាត់៖
១-កំណាត់មហាវិថីព្រះនរោត្តម ចាប់ពីវិមានឯករាជ្យ រហូតដល់មន្ទីរពេទ្យព្រះអង្គឌួង ។

I have always been independent regarding to Khmer's politic because it's hard to be in one side and against another side. Politic is a two edge-sword. If we stay in one side then we would hurt another side.
However,all Cambodian who live abroad need to come and see with your eyes and feel with your hearts this particular time of our history what is this youth movement hundred of thousands of young people throughout of country asking for? They are not asking Cambodians to caste their votes for Kem Sokha or Sam Ramsy but to ask Cambodians to caste their vote for change, the real change from the current regime to a new one for a brighter future for Cambodian People.
As a result, we need to ask ourselves a question, if there is no one to hire or force this young people to carry this mission, then we must call this movement a real force of a true democracy.

Regarding Sam Rainsy’s issue, there have been severe clashes of opinion between Khmer people – actually between Khmer and the Vietnamese disguised as Khmer. Some consider Sam Rainsy as hero, some ( who are Yuon or Yuon slave ) consider him as coward.
But if we change our habit a little bit by spending more time reflecting on our national interest, we would come up with the right decision.
Vietnam knew that a credible challenge to its puppet Hun Sen is Sam Rainsy. So, Vietnam needs to eliminate Sam Rainsy by ordering Hun Sen to punish and incarcerate Sam Rainsy.
To avoid this unjust and stupid punishment, Sam Rainsy made a wise decision by fleeing out of Cambodia.
Some crazy people have insisted on Sam Rainsy to return home to serve the jail term to prove that he is a brave man or hero. I have fiercely opposed to this dumb idea because we would go right into Vietnam’s trap. Sam Rainsy can be easily killed in jail.
Now, regarding Sam Rainsy’s return after the king Sihamoni has pardoned him.
Trying to discredit Sam Rainsy and weaken Sam Rainsy and the CNRP’s popularity, this evil Vietnam has spread the words that Sam Rainsy have made some concessions to Hun Sen.
Khmer people should remember that the evil Vietnam (Khmer Vietminh) and the Khmer rouge had fouled the Khmer Republic soldiers – Lon Nol’s soldiers – to lay down their guns and later got killed by them. The killing field during the Pol Pot era was the genius work of this evil Vietnam.

sometimes, i wonder who's telling khmer people and its citizen to pick their leaders. cambodian people need to choose their own leader at their own liking without having outsiders telling them who to elect. i know from history, since after cambodia's angkor civilization, foreigner like siem, viet/youn or even french colonial administration always choose a khmer leader for cambodia because want the weak, incompetent, inexperienced, stupid ones to be the leader so they can keep on controlling and telling cambodia what to do to the liking. i think, that era is forever done in cambodia, instead, cambodian people should choose their own leaders who they think can do a great job for cambodia and its citizens. cambodia hungers for competent, worldly educated, wise, experienced, smart, effective decisive, capable khmer leader without so much foreign interference like in the past. we want a khmer leader(s) who is love and trust by all, who can change and develop cambodia into a modern, civilized nation of khmer citizens. most khmer people don't care that individual(s) is, as long as that individuals can get the job done and are qualified in their own rights and meet all lawful requirements to be cambodia's leaders. that's all we care about and that's how cambodia should be. there's a difference between fighting for power and competing for power, fighting for power is for the weak and incompetent and stupid and primitive type, but competing for power is for the competent, wise, experienced, smart, educated and effective and decisive type. that's the difference in today's cambodia.
keep in mind too that right now, there are only two major candidates competing, although there are a few other smaller parties out there. it is by popular vote that counts, not by appointing in the election. maybe we all need to study about cambodian election law to understand. don't just using assumption without doing your homework thoroughly first.
like it or not, cambodia is a pluralistic party country, one a one party only country, you know. therefore, they all have to be able to get along and work together for the good of the country and its citizens, especially after the election is over with! and the election every 5 years, so, there's always a next time, ok. keep that in mind because it will soothes us all.
