It good that all the Cambodian Electorate verified their name against the NEC voter list and rectify and reports any inconsistancy well before the election date.

A stale pond it like CPP it become toxic and conteminated when there is no fresh water to replenish it.
While CNRP is a running water there are always new people with different skills set to succeed it leaders.
Hun Sen is too old and out of date like the stale pond.
