We will killed all of you useless human.. we prepared 3 billion dollars after the election if you not joint the government... We prepared snipers forces to kills all of you and we prepared secret forces if you protest after election ... at the end we will kills all of you..
You will not get free and fair election ... because we deleted more then 1millions voters and we have more then 1 millions ghost voters and other.. so lost just with this ... CPP already won 25% just from this .. This election we will win 90 seats or more ...

Yes, Hun sen knew from day one of his Vietnamese appointment that Khmer do not like him that's why he kills, threatens and bribes just so he can stay in his position of power. That's why he has blood on his hands and shit on his feet.
It's a shame he does not have the intelligence to implement genuine change in his behaviour to a more favourable one.
Real shame that no one close to him cares and dedicate enough to give him advise with any wisdom in it.
It's additional shame that his communist ideology makes him lose his religious believes, because, any good monks would advise him that when you cause suffering to others this will not bring peace to your life (karma).
In the end he has to go as Mr. Rohrabacher has said, if he is stupid enough to fight this he will go the same way as other dictators before him.

All Cambodian must be asking the United Nations to supervising this election in order to be Free and Fair. Don't let a criminal Hun Sen controlling Cambodia anymore. It is time for the true Cambodian (no Viet ancestry) to choose a new leader that is protecting and saving Cambodia from the Viet expansion.

ONE BATTLE FIELD THAT MAKES OR BREAKS THE CNRP OR THE PUPPET PARTY
Vietnam and its puppet clearly knew that if the election was free and fair, they will lose badly. So, the puppet party and Vietnam need to keep the current NEC in order to accomplish their goal. They cannot give up this NEC. These 2 evils stood their grounds.
The CNRP also knew that in order to win, it needs the NEC to be overhauled. The international community has overwhelmingly supported Mr. Subedy’s recommendation about the NEC’s reform.
So far, the CNRP has failed miserably by not pressing enough to make Mr. Subedy’s recommendation materialized.
The CNRP,
Your back is against the wall, there is no way to escape. You got to fight to death to get this NEC reform done before you proceed to the next step.
Here are some hypothetical scenarios that would likely to happen:
By being able to cheat, the CPP will win again. The CNRP’s supporters will mount a huge demonstration, denouncing the fraudulent election. The demonstration will not change the outcome of the election. The international community will slowly recognize that puppet government again.
Right now, before the election, if the CNRP’s supporters mounted a huge demonstration to support Mr. Subedy’s recommendations, the international community will strongly support the CNRP, and the chance that the CNRP won the election will be certain. The election will be postponed maybe one or two months to accommodate the reform.
During this demonstration if the puppet party violently suppressed the crowds, they will be punished by the international community. The mass demonstration will give the international community a powerful leverage to press the puppet party to reform the NEC.
So, please look at the result of the 2 demonstrations carefully: one makes the puppet party the winner, the other makes the CNRP the winner.
This is the power of the timing. This is the right time that the CNRP executes its strategies by making this one necessary demonstration to empower the CNRP to win.
New NEC = CNRP the winner
Old NEC = CNRP the loser
Here is a simple step to change the NEC:
The CNRP had demanded the puppet party to change the NEC. The puppet party refused.
The CNRP does the follow up by mounting a giant demonstration from now until the election day. Making the election impossible so that Hun Sen could proclaim himself as the winner. At this point, the international community will come in to force Hun Sen and his master the evil Vietnam to change the NEC.
Is this plan realistic enough for the CNRP to adopt ? Please act swiftly if you have a better plan. We need a bold decision to save Cambodia.
Once Hun Sen proclaimed himself as the winner, it would be too late for the CNRP and the international community to reverse the outcome of the election.
However, I will be so happy if the CNRP were able to stop the cheating without the NEC’s reform and won the election.
But if the puppet party were the winner after the election, it was the CNRP’s mistake for failing to press hard enough to win the NEC’s reform. And this mistake could cost the end of Cambodia.
Five years from now, there will be so much uncertainties… The time for the CNRP to win is now.

Hun and his clan are already losers long time ago. He lost in 1993, in 1997 and this time also periodly. He cheated once, twice but not three times. The EU, US. whole WWestern and Eastern world are already aware of this issue.
All of them shake their heads and say, 'OMG, how evil can that be...poor cambodians'. This time, everyone in this world is involved and said 'enough is enough, HUN SEN MUST GO!'
Hun Sen on the other hands, acting arrogantly like 'I will win again, you will see'. This is clearly implying that he will use the same tactic will. furthermore, 'but if I lose, there will be war', we all know that because it is not new.
So, just look back in the past and then, we will see the future. Viets have created one party after another to let khmer fight among each other, the same tactic used for the last 400 years. Hun Sen is no different from our predecessors. Hun is falling into the Viets' trap like always, that is killing two birds with one stone or making khmers kill khmers, so that they can have it all.
Past history
1949-the viets sent their whores to sleep with the French, in order to gain favour of getting Khmer Krom. After getting what they wanted, they turn against the French known as 'De-Colonising the French'.
1953-They lied to kingta that the French is taking over the whole srok khmer and if he doesn't decolonising them now, they will eliminate him from being king of srok khmer and so, king did as advised known as 'khmers' 'independent day'. why? because the Viets intention is to take over srok khmer later on for themselves.
1968-they used the same tactic with the US marines. They sent their whores to sleep only to help to kill them soon after having sex and told them to sess fire because 'TET'-New Year Eve but NOT! killing thousand US soldiers in that night.
1970 once more, they lied to Kingta not to be part of the US, and that the US doesn't like 'imperialism' system, they then help Kingta to create Pol Pot to fight against Lon Nol/Sirik Matak (Pro US-) and won
1975-while Pol Pot/kingta ruled, they (VC) created Hang Sarin party to fight among each other, by accusing of each other of 'CIA and KGB', their intention known as 'ethnic cleansing'.
1979-after the killing field, they invade Cambodia and pretending to rescue its people and country (how nice!), they then, installed their puppets known as Chea Sim, Hang Sarin and Hun Sen.
1993-after Hun Sen lost the election, the Viets sent their troops to kill Ranarith armforces, killing hundreds to thousands with that cross fire.
1997-again, knowing that Sam Rainsy going to win the next election, Hun and his clan (VC), threw granade killing hundreds more.
Part two;
Today, 2013 Hun Sen once more, threatened people that, there will be another war if he loses . Which mean he will never lose, even he loses he still win because of the VC behind him at all costs, why? again, it is Viets intention to swallow the whole srok khmer up in the near future. Today, they are everywhere working with the Hun gov't, help to continue to kill and oppress khmer people and they did it well.
e.g They took Loas, Champ, Mong Indigenous, Khmer Krom (saigon- now HO Chi MInh City), Koh Tral and now, of course the whole Srok Khmer already in their hands with the help of national 'traitor' Hun Sen.
Furthermore, so far, Viets have owed lots of money to the Chinese and when the Chinese asking them back, their respond was, 'we don't have nothing to pay back'. The Chinese got mad and then, decided to take the whole Island as 'repossession'. The VC then asking the US for help but the US, they are not that stupid anymore, because they already know that the Viets are one of the most cunnning kind of people on this planet earth.
Conclusion
Viets are the main actor in the killing field.
They did all this 'atrocity' known as 'ethnic' without anyone could suspect them at all, especially from the international community abroad. Their intention to take over the whole srok khmer just like they did to others like loas etc. They think, they can get away from this crimes against humanity but in the end, 'the truth has to be revealed, the truth will always be the truth and the truth shall set us free' (Gandhi, Jesus, Scholars)
In the Free World, people have the freedom to curse; cursing is found to be therapeutic to the soul.
CNRP curses is OK; CPP Kills is illegal.
