Hun Sen and family members are trying to kill all of those officials children too, because of fear losing power to them. They make sure those officials stay below them, e,g trying to get rid of Kingta and his children (he did broke Ranarith spirit) Chea Sim and his children, Heng Sarin and his children, Hor Nam Hong and his children etc.
These officials children should wake up before Hun and clan kill them all. Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 30,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 30,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?

Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?

ONE BATTLE FIELD THAT MAKES OR BREAKS THE CNRP OR THE PUPPET PARTY
Vietnam and its puppet clearly knew that if the election was free and fair, they will lose badly. So, the puppet party and the evil Vietnam need to keep the current NEC in order to accomplish their goal. They cannot give up this NEC. These 2 evils firmly stood their grounds.
The CNRP also knew that in order to win, it needs the NEC to be overhauled. The international community has overwhelmingly supported Mr. Subedy’s recommendation about the NEC’s reform.
So far, the CNRP has failed miserably by not pressing enough to make Mr. Subedy’s recommendation materialized.
The CNRP,
Your back is against the wall, there is no way to escape. You got to fight to death to get this NEC reform done before you proceed to the next step.
Here are some hypothetical scenarios that would likely to happen:
By being able to cheat, the CPP will win again. Afterward, the CNRP’s supporters will mount a huge demonstration, denouncing the fraudulent election. The demonstration will not change the outcome of the election. The international community will slowly and surely recognize that puppet government again.
Right now, before the election, if the CNRP’s supporters mounted a huge demonstration to support Mr. Subedy’s recommendations, the international community will strongly support the CNRP, and the chance that the CNRP won the election will be certain. The election will be postponed maybe one or two months to accommodate such reform.
During this demonstration if the puppet party violently suppressed the crowds, they will be punished by the international community. The mass demonstration will give the international community a powerful leverage to force the puppet party to reform the NEC.
This is the power of the timing. We must select the right time to make the demonstration. The international community will support us to change NEC, but not support us to overturn the outcome of the election.
Here is a simple step to change the NEC:
The CNRP had demanded the puppet party to change the NEC last month. The puppet party refused.
The CNRP must do the follow up by mounting a giant demonstration from now until the election day. Making the election impossible so that Hun Sen could not proclaim himself as the winner. At this point, the international community will come in to force Hun Sen and his master, the evil Vietnam, to change the NEC.

After the election, once Hun Sen proclaimed himself as the winner, it would be too late and impossible for the CNRP and the international community to reverse the outcome of the election.

The picture show that event the CPP supporters joined CNRP is good for all Cambodian. It will be One Cambodia and One Khmer Nation. Hun Sen can not control Khmer people any more with those vote buying. Cambodia is Khmer people heart and soul, we must never give up the fight until Khmer people take control of our motherland back from the Viet takeover.
Don't celebrate too soon. When jul. 28th 2013 come you all will be disappointed bcus the CNRP will lose in this election for three major factors:
1- no qualified candidates
2- no financial support
3- no creditable factors that people can trust these candidates.

If European Nations and America want to help Cambodia stop duties free agriculture products from Cambodia, and accept only duties free products of manufactured good from Cambodia. Only, duties free manufactured goods will help Cambodia, not duties free agriculture product which dispossess and enslave the Cambodian people.Cambodia arable land) is a process of dispossession and displacement of poor Cambodian farmers from their land.

My opinions are to do a new voters listing by the United Nations supervision with new technology, digital finger print, face recognition software and digital input of all names into the Mainframe computer. The current voters listings are not Free and Fair for the Cambodian and control by Hun Sen.
All Cambodian must support this technology in order to be Free and Fair election.

TO STOP THE FRAUD, THE CNRP MUST FIND WAY TO PUNISH THE PARTY WHO COMMIT FRAUD. THE CNRP PUNISH IT BY MAKING THIS ELECTION IMPOSSIBLE. THEN THE UN WILL COME IN TO CHANGE THE NEC.
The electoral fraud must be punished. This is the only way to stop that fraud. So far, Khmer people have heard all kinds of fraud. The CNRP got to find way to punish the party who commits the fraud. And it comes back to the original solution: this NEC must go first, then Hun Sen will go automatically.

The international community, especially the UN, and Khmer people knew that this NEC must go to ensure that the election truly reflect Khmer people's wills.
The CNRP led by Kem Sokha has mounted a small demonstration demanding the NEC's reform, but the CPP refused to do so.
After Sam Rainsy returned to Cambodia, the situation has changed dramatically favoring the CNRP.
I've kept saying, this evil Vietnam has so many tricks. The CNRP must hit the right target at the right time in order to cut this evil Vietnam grip on Cambodia.
In effect, since the people are overwhelmingly supporting the CNRP, the CNRP's leaders must call on the people to walk all over the country to force the CPP to change this NEC. This massive walk will give the international community a leverage to intervene and push the CPP to change the NEC. The CNRP must win this NEC’s change first before it can win the election. By accepting this NEC to stay, praying and hoping that the CNRP to win might not work. But if the CNRP won, I will be ecstatic.
I can already see the result:
- With the new NEC: the CNRP’s win is 100%.
- With the current NEC: a sure win for the CNRP becomes a wait and see. However this wait and see is avoidable because the CNRP is capable of calling on the people in the whole county to walk and force the CPP to change the NEC.
I will blame on the CNRP if it lost this Sunday election, because the CNRP failed to lead the people to hit the right target, which is the NEC.
In addition, if the UN sees that the cheating plan is so widespread and uncontrollable, the UN might consult the powerful countries to involve directly, making this election similar with the 1993 election.
It is apparent that time is running out, we will have to wait and see.
If the outcome of the election was not reflecting Khmer people’s wills, “we will do something” to correct this unfairness. This is our last chance to save our motherland. Cambodia will become Champa if we stand still after the CNRP lost this election. But we could have avoided “we will do something” had we changed the NEC in the first place.
