OK. if this ink controversy is not for the purpose of cheating the election (which I think it is), then it's another case of corruption, stealing from government.
I don't think this is the ink from India. The good ink from India is probably stolen and then brought in the cheap, junk ink from Vietnam. Just look at the infrastructure in the country, roads for example. Money paid to build roads was pocketed by government officials and the cheapest materials and building methods were used to build the roads instead resulting in shitty roads that has to be rebuilt every year. The same with the reconstruction of the railroads system. It's corruption, stealing, mismanagement, incompetent, irresponsibility, and 'I don't give a damn' attitudes of the CPP people from top to bottom. And Hun Sen is the most guilty, most corrupt, most evil of them all.
NEC is a cheating tools for CPP period. They will not reflect the true will of the real voters, and they are all repeated CPP voter in different communals. CRNP supporters will be prevented from voting as they nEC will only allow bus load CPP voters from one electorate to another to revote again and again.

yes, I agree. NEC is the cheating tool of the CPP.
When Yim Sovann of CNRP asked for explanations for:
1. why so many duplicate names and why after so many years still cannot solve these duplicate names?
2. why the Cambodian military being ship to vote in different location than the location they supposed to vote?
3. why so many voting documents such as IDs, family books, etc.. allow to be used without proper pictures, stamps, etc.
4. why so many names were deleted from voting list without reason.
5. why so many people complained that someone already voted for them when they show up to vote? Who?
6. why so many national ID forms used for registration people were missing (over 20,000+ missing)
7. the erasable ink
8. why NEC shut down the website that people used to check their names.
9. why NEC not share the voters list with CNRP or others.
10. why take 30 mins to check one name on list.
11. and many more questions
NEC officials ignored Yim Sovann's (CNRP official) questions, did not answer the questions, or answered with stupid answers. Instead, NEC official attacked Facebook. NEC is corrupt and is a joke. Waste of money.
I'm writing this @ 5:00 pm Cambodian time, the result is available: 7 wins ( 7 si dartch) VICTORY IS OURS KHMERS !!! CNRP WINS THIS ELECTION.
Because Khmer love Khmer.
