Watch for and rub off coated spot at box to tick #7 before voting

Seen and heard on Ms. Theary C. Seng's Facebook accounts:

Today, I went into a local shop, and the husband and wife owners are palpably exuberant, reflecting the mood of everyone I met today -- from journalist friends to local security guards to small and medium local business owners.

This couple is my barometer for a few issues, but mainly a sliver of what the elites (over 50 years old) are thinking as their clients are "excellencies", mainly chumtievs (her excellency) of the core local CPP (not imported from France or US).

He said their words were one of confident victory, but their expression was "very dark".

He played for us the CNRP video of Sam Rainsy's return and the rapturous, crushing crowd.

The husband of this local shop mentioned another concern re the ballot, how the box to tick for no. 7 (CNRP) may be void if the voter doesn't take care to first wipe off that space first before ticking, as that space (to tick no. 7) may be coated so that the ink may not last till counting, and the ballot risks being deemed void at counting (because the ink has faded from the ink that was tick on the coated space).
