I agree with you 100% but it doesn't mean we want war among us either. It is up to Hun to decide in giving up his power for good, that is, for the benefit of our nation. He needs to accept 30 years of power is enough and that, he needs to move on and let others have ago in a peaceful manners without a fight. Doing so, is to void from outsiders' control or led into this conflict of interests e,g nepotism, favourism and so on but based on merits e.g certificates, diplomas or degrees formats instead.
Hun Sen’s Criminal Activities:
1. Allowed millions of illegal Vietnamese to settled, grabbed land, own guns, used poison chemical in foods to killed Cambodian, kidnapped and tortured Cambodian children, etc.
2. Murdered thousands Cambodian, journalists, opposition parties, etc.
3. Deadly forced evictions effected millions of Cambodian to became homeless, jobless, hardship and starving to death.
4. Illegally and secretly transferred the Cambodian towns and villages to the Vietnamese.
5. Allowed the Vietnamese to moved the Border Markers into Cambodia and the Vietnamese Border Guards blocked Cambodian from entering to their homes and farms on the border.
6. Allowed hundred thousands of Vietnamese troops to settled secretly inside Cambodia.
7. The Vietnamese are destroying forests, farmlands, natural resources, Tonle Sab Lake (Asia largest fresh water lake) became muddy and deadly lake by the Vietnamese poison chemicals and oil spilled.
8. An election fraud by granted millions of illegal Vietnamese a Cambodian Citizenship in order to have rights to own land and votes. National Election Committee (NEC) is controlling by Hun Sen.

I know where you come from, I know you afraid of change ther're nothing wrong with that. Change it can be as easy as 1 2 3 if you put your mind and willing to change. Occourse it gonna take a lot of strength, endurance, strugling for the better of our Khmer nation. In order for the nation to growth and prosperous, each and every nation on this planet earth need five basic principles: discipline, education, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and freedom of journalism. 1st discipline, during pregnancy process the husband must do is TLC ( tender loving care ) for his wife. From the birth of a child thru out his school years until he get a degree from college or any university institutions, no any form of abuses from their parents, baby sitter, guardian, teacher, monk, adult, and siblings ect. Because children they learns, flourishes, and sharpes their mind in the first twenty to twenty five years of their lives. The rest of the other four principles will come easy when We Khmers accomplishes our first foundation I think you get the ideas. Than report it to International Community, the European Union, the US and especially the 19 countries signaturies of the 1991 Paris Peace Accord, and invite them to be please remain the backbone of the innocent Khmer populations, that we're hungry, striving, and our hearts are cry out for the true democracy to set roots inside of Cambodia.
Your Exellencies, with the whole Khmer population in Cambodia and abroad behind the CNRP, be vigilant and perform the mass demonstration thru out Cambodia and around the world we will prevail.

There should be no war when you ask for justice! Negotiation is possible only when there is fair play. In a family, there is constant negotiation strengthening brotherhood.
Mahatma Ghandi did not create war when he negotiated with the British colonizers in Ahimsa manner but liberated India.
Preah Maha Vireak Ksat did not create war either when he negotiated with the French colonizers in Ahimsa manner but liberated Cambodia.
Compassionate Rainsy and Sokha will not create war at all when they stand like a rock to claim justice with the ruling party for their Khmer people in Ahimsa manner. They will be blessed by the Heaven in devoting themselves to their motherland.
Investigate the election irregularities first and you will know that CNRP does not need any negotiation. It has won the election!
Now is the time for investigation and not negotiation. Negotiate for what?

I have mixed feeling to hear Hun Sen’s statement on ministerial post for the next government:
1. As a normal Cambodian citizen, it is a big shame to hear Hun Sen mocking facebook campaigners that why they stepped up excessive efforts as they will not be able to become Minister. This reveals clearly that he only thinks of his personal interest. It is a disgusting and evil attitude of a leader. If Cambodian people follow his advice, our country will not be able to make progress. We should do our best to contribute to our cause in particular our nation.
2. On the contrary, I am extremely pleased to see our Cambodian people in particular CNRP youth and women who have been tirelessly sacrificing their wealth, knowledge and time to help their party to gain high popularity. Their devoted effort causes a huge crack at the bottom of the CPP statue, although it still stands for the time being. In the future, with the same forceful blow, it will collapse.
