NEC didn't care about "free and fair" election, I'm sure the NEC doesn't care now about resolving the irregularities issues.
Cambodia needs the UN body to participate in the investigation into election irregularities. Only with the international intervention will Cambodia receive a free and fair election with results that will give justice to the cambodian people.
CNRP please don't believe the NEC and the CPP, hun sen want to find justice for Cambodia election.
