ភ្នំពេញ៖ សាលារាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ប្រកាសដល់សាធារណៈជន ឲ្យបានជ្រាបថា ស្នងការដ្ឋាននគរបាល រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នឹងមានការ ប្រមូលផ្តុំកម្លាំង ហ្វឹកហាត់រក្សាការពារ សន្តិសុខនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១ កញ្ញា នៅមជ្ឍមណ្ឌលសន្និបាតកោះពេជ្រ រីឯការហាត់សម របស់បក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដែលស្នើសុំរៀបចំឡើង នៅទីលានប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ក្នុងថ្ងៃជាមួយគ្នា ត្រូវបាន សាលារាជធានីភ្នំពេញបដិសេធ។
យោងតាមសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹង របស់សាលារាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ចុះថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣បានឲ្យដឹងថា នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃ ទី០១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ខាងមុខនេះ ស្នងការដ្ឋាននគរបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នឹងមានការប្រមូលផ្តុំកម្លាំងមួយចំនួន ដើម្បីធ្វើការហ្វឹកហាត់ បំប៉នបន្ថែមមុខជំនាញស្តីពី ការងាររក្សាការពារសន្តិសុខ សុវត្ថិភាព និងសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ សាធារណៈសម្រាប់រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសន្និបាត និងពិព័រណ៍កោះពេជ្រ។

Suggestion to the CNRP:
To minimize the burden of the CNRP's security, the 2 most important figures of the CNRP - Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha - must not present at the peaceful march to ensure the CNRP's stability.
We should foresee all the possibilities that will deploy by the evil Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen in this upcoming months. There is no doubt that killing the 2 men must be one of their objectives.
We should learn some tricks from the evil Vietnam who waged a war by not showing its face - the guerilla war.
In addition, the new technology, particularly the cell phone, the facebook, etc... have greatly facilitated the communication between the CNRP's leaders and their supporters.
There will be no different effect between Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha's presence on the field and off the field during the demonstration.

DR. HUN SEN OWNED CAMBODIA!
He will split Cambodia into half before he die. Preah Vihear, Siem Reap, Kampong Cham, Kampong Chnang, Phnom Penh, Kandal and Kampong Soem to uncle Ho Chi Minh as he wishes prior to Vietnam War. One side is Cambodia and the other is Nambodia.
The argument for Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha not present at the demonstration rally for the sake of their security sounds good for all of us who suggest such a coward act behind our computer screens, but is not quite compatible with a large number of protesters and reality on the ground.
As a leader you must be fearless and if you cannot be so then resign and let someone else take on the task of fighting; how can you hide in the well and shout at the top of your voice for your supporters to move forward under the possible rain of bullets and you are sitting in hiding.
Being a leader against evils means being prepared to die for your cause. The opposition should think of training more leaders if they are to fight for changes and not just depend on one or two individuals. The opposition can and should still move forward with or without Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha if they truly believe in the fight for their cause to bring about changes in Cambodia.
Leader is a man who leads and does not hide in a secret place. If they could kill Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha without fearing of drastic consequences, they would have done it by now. Being cornered in the end they may decide to go as far as killing the opposition leaders, but the opposition should not use or even contemplate of using such a possibility to hide Mr. Sam and Mr. Kem in the secret place.
To fight for changes, the Cambodian people including the sympathizing security forces must be willing to
rise up with the opposition supporters to the challenge of removing a deeply trenched strongman Hun Sen. Without such a willingness and large-scale protest, simply be prepared to live under another 5 years of injustice, corruption, nepotism, cronyism, destruction of the country and continued loss of territorial integrity. The choice is in the hands of the Cambodian people as a whole and a nation!

I believe if our time is up, nothing can protect us from death. Some people died while sleeping, some died after won a big jackpot.... just to name a few.
Sam rainsy or khem sokha needs to lead the mass demonstration if they don't want to be discredited to be coward leaders that only use the innocents as a shield for political gain. Hiding is not an option, one of the leader must be presented at the rally.
I have a better idea. All of the protester's wear mask. Problem solve.

The CNRP was just born yesterday. We dlon't have enough time to produce more solid leaders to replace both Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha.
I have never seen the person named pissed off mentioned about the evil Vietnam's acts against Khmer people.
My opinion is that at this moment when the 2 men, Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha, died, the CNRP and Cambodia will be finished.

We need to finish the Vietnamese indochina federation dream at the expense of Cambodia once for all and the only way is probably through massive nation wide protest and UN intervention if there is a crackdown on peaceful protest. When the UN is in Cambodia, beg them to stay as long as possible until we have a vibrant democracy and rule of law and full implementation of the 1991 Paris Peace Agreement on Cambodia.
