ទីកន្លែង ដាក់ពង្រាយ ទាហាន ទាំងនោះ រួមមាន ក្នុងបរិវេណ វត្តអ្នកលឿង, វត្តពោធិ៍សមាធិ ស្រុកពាមរ, វត្តព្រែកខ្សាយ ឃុំព្រែកខ្សាយក, និងមួយកន្លែងទៀត នៅក្នុង បរិវេណ សង្កាត់រដ្ឋបាល ព្រៃឈើបាភ្នំ ជាប់ នឹងរបង សួនបណ្ដុះ កូនឈើ ហ៊ុន សែន, ព្រែកខ្សាយ អ្នកលឿង, ស្រុកពាមរ, ខេត្តព្រៃវែង។ កម្លាំងទាហាន ខាងលើ មានគ្នា សរុប ប្រមាណ ២០០នាក់, ហើយ ទាហាន ទាំងនោះ មានឯកសណ្ឋានបារ៉ា។
ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ សូម មិនបញ្ចេញ ឈ្មោះម្នាក់ រស់នៅ ភូមិព្រែកខ្សាយ, ឃុំព្រែកខ្សាយក បានអះអាង នៅថ្ងៃ ទី៧ សីហា ថា, ជាង ២០ឆ្នាំ មកហើយ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ពុំដែលប្រទះឃើញ មានទាហាន មកបោះ ទីតាំង ចងអង្រឹង ក្នុងភូមិ របស់លោក ដូចថ្ងៃនេះឡើយ។ លោក ថា ទាហាន ដ៏ច្រើន ខាងលើ ទំនង មានផែនការ បោះទីតាំង ដើម្បី ទប់ស្កាត់ សកម្មភាព អ្វីមួយ ក្នុងតំបន់ អ្នកលឿងនេះ ជាក់ជាមិនខាន។

ទោះយ៉ាងនេះក្ដី មេឃុំ ព្រែកខ្សាយក, លោក ឯម ណេ, បានអះអាង ថា, ក្រុមទាហាន ដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ព្រួយបារម្ភ ខាងលើ គឺ ពុំពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅ នឹងបញ្ហា នយោបាយឡើយ៖ «គេ មកការពារ បង្រៀនជាង ១០នាក់ទេ។»
អ្នកជំនាញវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ លោកបណ្ឌិត សុខ ទូច បញ្ជាក់ឲ្យដឹងចំពោះបញ្ហានេះថា ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា មានសន្តិភាពយូរមកហើយ ប៉ុន្តែពេលដែលពួកគាត់ឃើញមានការចល័តទាហានខុសប្រក្រតី ពលរដ្ឋមានការភ្ញាក់ផ្អើលកើតឡើង។ មួយវិញទៀត ស្របពេលដែលប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ទើបតែបញ្ចប់ការបោះឆ្នោតថ្មីៗផង លោកថាបញ្ហានេះបើមិនមានការបកស្រាយពីរដ្ឋាភិបាលឲ្យបានច្បាស់ លាស់ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទេ ក្ដីបារម្ភរបស់ពលរដ្ឋ នឹងនៅតែបន្តជាក់ជាពុំខាន។
លោកបណ្ឌិត សុខ ទូច៖ «មិនមានការបកស្រាយហ្នឹងហើយដែរវាជាបញ្ហា តែបើសិនមានការបកស្រាយ វាមិនមានបញ្ហាទេ ពីព្រោះវាអត់ឆ្ងល់ ហើយអាមិនមានបកស្រាយហ្នឹងហើយ ដែលជាកង្វល់របស់ប្រជាជនហ្នឹង។ នៅទីនេះទាក់ទងអាជ្ញាធរអត់ដឹងទេ គឺទាក់ទងទៅលើរដ្ឋាភិបាលតាមការបន្លាស់ទីនៃកងទ័ពនេះ មិនមែនថា តើត្រូវការទាក់ទងកងទ័ពយ៉ាងម៉េច? មានសុំការបកស្រាយពីរដ្ឋាភិបាល ព្រោះអាជ្ញាធរហួសដែនកំណត់ហើយ។»
លោកបន្តថា រាល់ការបន្លាស់ទីកងទ័ព បើទោះធ្វើនៅរូបភាពណាក៏ដោយ គឺទាមទារឲ្យមានការបកស្រាយពីរដ្ឋាភិបាល ជាពិសេសក្រសួងការពារជាតិ តែម្ដង។
កងទាហានទាំងនោះ ត្រូវបានគេយកទៅដាក់ពង្រាយនៅទីកន្លែងមួយចំនួនក្នុងតំបន់អ្នក លឿង ខេត្តព្រៃវែង គឺចាប់តាំងពីថ្ងៃទី៥ សីហា មកម្ល៉េះ។ ហើយមកទល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន ក៏នៅតែមានទាហានប្រចាំការនៅតំបន់ខាងលើនៅឡើយ។ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅស្រុកពាមរ លើកឡើងថា ការដាក់ពង្រាយកងទ័ពស្របពេលដែលប្រទេសគ្មានសង្គ្រាមដូចនេះ គឺបានធ្វើឲ្យប៉ះពាល់ដល់សុវត្ថិភាពជីវិតប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់អ្នកភូមិ ជាខ្លាំង៕
