Did the King let Mr Sam Rainsy in the country when He asked for Royal pardon? The answer is "NO". because He is afraid of Mr. Hun Sen, not until Mr. Hun SEn sent Him a letter. That proves that Mr. Hun SEn is the only boss in Cambodia. Who he says otherwise is either ignorant or refusing to acknowledge the truth.
Sound like another evil tactics and tricks of the Viets and the Chinese. So far, nothing is good coming out of the khmer monarchy. In fact, present king hecmoni is being used by the Hun dynasty for benefit of their boss and personal interest only. So, whatever they come up with, is just another deceptive method for them to get away from crimes being committed e.g when King say, I found out that the result is true and correct in favour of the cpp, then what? by then, no one can argue because the king says so. I hate this khmer monarchy so much, because of them, that is why srok khmer is the way it is today. I don't want such monarchy being existed in our country anymore, unlike other monarchies, they all work to improve its country and nation. Whereas this khmers monarchy, so far but the khmers killers of all times. Yet, no one can do anything about it, and furthermore, allowing other nations to make fun of us and our nation, because of such a monarchy. Khmer people will not be at peace until, their bloodline are out of their existence. They are a curse to our nation. King Hecomoni has to die to save the nation from further distruction, otherwise, it will be 'like father like son'.
Even the Hun dynasty also need to go or else it will be too late. Our country has been controlled by evil forces for the last four hundreds years and who knows, how long more to come. Right now, the Viets and the Chinese, they are waiting like vultures ready to take over our country at any moment now, e,g they done it before and they will do it again and again. So far, because of the king trusted them, that is why srok khmer is the way it is today. To me, fk them all. May they all be burnt in hell forever and ever, since the 'justice will be done on earth as it is in heaven', I am sure these two nations will pay the price for what they had done us khmers and its surrending areas like Loas, Champa and khmer krom.
Now that the whole world already knows this fact. shame on the the Viets and Chinese. You nation is based on a lied, therefore, you all are worst than animals because even animals like dogs know right from wrong e,g its own territory and who its owner is really. So, to the Viet and the Chinese, shame on you. You both have khmers' blood in your hands. Now, how do you feel being caught as the criminals of all times? I guess, worst than animals I think, because as criminals, we put them in jail and would charged them accordingly, but since we can't, we will leave it all to god to decide. So for now, you can run but you can't hide, simple as that.

You misread one spot. Hun Sen was afraid of losing aid from donors in Europe and Australia, and while he was under pressure by the west, he had no choice but to consult with Hanoi. King Sihamoni is just a puppet. He secretly asked to resign from Kingship so he can leave the country, but the West and China also need him there to sign??? or may be under death threat if he leaves, they will kill his immediate family members such as his elderly mother, his two nieces, daughters of his late brother. I am not really clear on that yet.
All $$$ from donors or loan from US or China have always divided to 3 portions. Two portions go to feed 250,000 Yuon soldiers in Cambodia and to Yuon government, and one portion to CPP.

We have to know that the power of the king is not the real power but if he can use it wisely then he can make himself useful to justify the large expenditure made for this institution as well as the respect paid by Khmer people to the king himself. He should act as the facilitator, as the middleman and as the impartial party to break the political deadlock. We know from the start that the CPP will not allow the UN to get involved with the resolution of the vote irregularities in Cambodia in 2013 because they are the one who are behind all these problems. We know that the CNRP do not trust the NEC as well as the Constitutional Commission and the solution is the king should to step in as suggested by Dr. Say Bory; but instead he tell everyone to follow the Constitution by using the existing mechanism to solve all these problem. By doing that we can see that he simply works for the CPP. He asks the CNRP to trust the corrupted institutions that are staffed and controlled by the CPP, not independent as claimed by these two puppet institutions. We know quite well that the king himself is also the puppet of the CPP but he a high class puppet so he should take advantage of that position to make himself more useful by acting as an impartial party to the conflict here.

You wrote beautifully, but you did not clarify that Khmers are majority worshiping idolatry Buddha. in Buddhism there is no hell no heaven no curse only karma (bapkam). hell, heaven and curse exist only in the gospel of the Bible.
Cambodia has fallen into the hands of the enemies is not this 21th century, it took back to the past during the collapse of the Empire.
Thais/Siems who lost the land to Chinese migrated down to the Khmer Empire, they infiltrated so deep inside the Empire, and Jayavaraman vii was old and he stayed silent. May be he was afraid of war?? may be the reason he decided to adopt Buddhism?
So to blame the king or any leader is not consistent with the facts we Khmers have never been freed for many hundred years.
How can you expect the khmer leaders or kings to fight the powerful nations when we are under their surveillance?

Suggestion to the CNRP:
To alleviate the burden of the CNRP's security, the 2 most important figures of the CNRP - Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha - must not present at the peaceful march to ensure the CNRP's stability.
We should foresee all the possibilities that will deploy by the evil Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen in this upcoming months. There is no doubt that killing the 2 men must be one of their objectives.
We should learn some tricks from the evil Vietnam who waged a war by not showing its face - the guerilla war.
In addition, the new technology, particularly the cell phone, the facebook, etc... have greatly facilitated the communication between the CNRP's leaders and their supporters.
There will be no different effect between Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha's presence on the field and off the field during the demonstration.
However, there will be a deadly effect when the evil Vietnam were able to kill both Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha, or one of them, during the demonstration. The CNRP will collapse and disintegrate quickly when both leaders die during the demonstration.
The evil Vietnam cannot hit an invisible target. So, be smart, make yourselves - Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha - an invisible target by not presenting at the rally. This is the best tactic, in my opinion. Stop making any unnecessary mistake.
Khmer people will not call both of you the cowards for not presenting at the rally because we need both of you to lead the country, not to die during the demonstration.
To confuse the evil Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen, the CNRP should print Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha's faces and let their supporters put on their face during the demonstration.

I agree with you 100%. Sihanouk was the one allowed Viet Cong to use our land during the Vietnam war to fight the South and supplied them arm, ammunition and food. He was the one who allowed Viet Cong killed Khmer and soldiers. He was a power hunger and did NOT serve Khmer people. His wife, Monique, did business with Viet Cong.
I was one of many young Khmer fighting Viet Cong in the '70.

Your comment is like a baby who just learned how to chew babyfood.
The Yuon are in every group of Khmers and even some Khmers are working for Yuon. So in CNRP there are Yuon in it.
If I were destined to lead the nation I would never be afraid of the assassination, and so should CNRP's leaders, and the King.
To get something we must pay some price, so to help free my own countrymen and my country I will not be afraid of death like Dr. King did, he was shot for he believed in men must be treated equally.
You just told Yuon, that you hide Rainsy and Sokha. How stupid can you be to think that Yuon are not among CNRP.
