CNRP president Sam Rainsy sends a letter to CPP president Chea Sim and endorses a highest level bilateral meeting of the two parties to end a political deadlock in a 07.28 post-election. 

CNRP insists that a planned Sept. 7 non-violent mass demonstration is its last resort and in the meantime it wants to exhaust different avenues with the CPP in order to put an end to the electoral dispute due to CNRP has no confidence in NEC or CC.
