Mr. Rainsy should be in Cambodia to response to the NEC declaration and he should not be out of the country for so long.
Plus, Rainsy should talk to American directly for help, but he should give benefit to American like giving them the concession of oil, mineral, etc... If no benefit to American, they're not interesting to help. He should also ask for American advisor to deal with Hun Sen. Hun Sen has Youn advisor how to win Rainsy.
Let's see what is Rainsy dealing with this situation. We see less change for him to win over Hun Sen.
