ភាពមិនប្រក្រតី នៃការបោះឆ្នោត
ដើម្បី ធ្វើយ៉ាងណា ឲ្យគណបក្សនយោបាយ ទាំងអស់ អស់ចិត្ត ចំពោះ លទ្ធផល នៃការបោះឆ្នោត។
