Hitting the nail in the head! That is the root cause of the conflict - these ruling pary brats actually believe they own Cambodia.
If the safe package ក is open to the public and reveal its content,CPP will lose the election fair and square to the CNRP .That's why NEC refuse to open it.
The majority of the people vote for CNRP,meaning the people want to change.If Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha afraid Hun Sen use the force.Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha,they are coward and not different from Ranarith.Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha will lost the popularity.Because we have lesson in 1993,there are many Khmer people vote in 1993 for Ranarith,all those people still angry and hate Ranarith until now .They want to change but Ranarith is coward,because he like the power ,he like the money.He knee down in front of Hun Sen.At the end Khmer people still cry in the hand of dictator Hun Sen and under the control of Hanoi.

Don't hold your breath and realize on UN. UN ain't coming this time. UN spend BILLION on $ on Cambodia since 1982 to bring peace and stability in the country. The succeed that, and it's up to the Cambodia to solve them self afterward.
What happen afterward? it is the SHAME SH1T all over again. UN think if Cambodian cannot solve them self they will not spend another dollar on this useless country. SR been to UN HQ before his daughter wedding; No one from UN come to see him, how bad is that a newly elect PM turn down by the UN and UN turn their back on him.
After his daughter wedding he went to Paris, asking for assistant from the French government. What did the French tell him? TO TAKE A HIKE.
Cambodia/Khmer you on your own to solve the problem.
