Going across the country to visit and thank the electorate is a smart move on the part of the CNRP. It simply goes to show the great humility of its leadership and its willingness to respond to the need of the common people.
Cambodians who support and voted for the CNRP expect a total unity of its leadership to be solid and unshakable no matter how strong the political wind and pressure can be. This unity is of paramount importance in the common fight to uproot dictatorship in Cambodia and must not be allowed to be weakened or destroyed by either time or personal conflict and interests of any individuals.
Hun Sen and the CPP will attack or perhaps have already planned the attack through various strategies (being nice to hand out candies while at the same time uttering a veiled threat with another hand holding a stick hidden behind his back)to break up this unity. The CPP must be pressured to accept the independent and fair investigation of all election irregularities.
The power of a government comes from the people and for that reason their interests and needs must be defended and provided by the elected government. HOW TO SOLVE ELECTORAL FRAUD PROBLEM IN CAMBODIA ?
At the end of the election day, the CNRP knew that it won the election.
To fight the CNRP's victory, Khiev Kanharith came out to reveal a make up result and gave the CPP with 68 seats and the CNRP with 55 seats. This result given by Khiev Kanharith was apparently an ORDER to the NEC to "carve" the result accordingly.
Facing this problem, what should the CNRP do to save Cambodia?
Let recall some histories:
- In 1953, when Cambodia got independence from France, North Vietnam troops did not
leave Cambodia and caused a lot of problems to Sihanouk's government.
- In 1955, the Geneva conference on Cambodia forced North Vietnam to leave Cambodia.
While leaving, those north Vietnamese troops abducted with them thousands of Khmer
children, brainwashed them, brutally trained them and made them a killing machine for
Vietnam. The cases 003 and 004 in the KRT will show this Vietnam killing machine.
- In 1973, North Vietnam signed a treaty with the US to cease fighting. Vietnam did not
comply with such treaty and resumed its attack on the allied troops later.
- In 1991, Vietnam was one of the signatory countries of the Paris peace accord. Vietnam
defied such accord by implementing the bilateral treaties it had signed with Cambodia
during its occupation.
By taking these facts into consideration, we can conclude that Vietnam has never respected and lived by the rules. Therefore, the CNRP's negotiation with the CPP will never produce any fruitful result and benefit Cambodia. Vietnam is the CPP's master. Every vital decision must come from Vietnam.
I kept saying so many times that if the evil Vietnam lost thousands of its soldiers to conquer Cambodia, it would be absurd to liberate Cambodia without losing any Khmer life.
From 1975 to 1979, a large part of the killings were committed by the brainwashed Khmer Vietminh. We died for nothing because Cambodia has been under Vietnam's control afterward. The plan to annex Cambodia has been set by Vietnam. It needs only time to make Cambodia disappear. Khmer people must know that time is not on our side, time is our enemy. We need to take a drastic action now. Five years from now will be too late.
Presently, we knew that the CNRP is the winner.
We have been trying our best to avoid doing anything that would cause Khmer suffering.
However, Khmer people have no choice but to mount a nationwide demonstration to deplore the electoral fraud. The time is absolutely right for the demonstration. Let's keep the momentum of the people's movement going.

Perspective:
The CNRP has to use its last resort to overcome this major obstacle – CPP’s refusal to accept the electoral loss - posed by the evil Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen
Now that Khmer people have agreed in principal to launch a nationwide demonstration, we need to meticulously prepare for it.
1- Concerning the evil Vietnam: the CNRP needs to expose Vietnam’s criminal acts against Khmer people.
a- In 1955, Vietnam had abducted Khmer children, brainwashed them, brutally trained them, made them a killing machine for Vietnam. Vietnam called them Khmer Vietminh.
b- From 1975 to 1979, Vietnam used those Khmer Vietminh to kill Khmer people and blamed all the killings on the Khmer Rouge Pol Pot.
c- From 1979 to 1989, while Cambodia was totally under Vietnam’s control, Vietnam had deployed a K5 project to obliterate Khmer race. Hundred of thousands of Khmer people especially Khmer men were perished by this K5 project.
d- Vietnam did not comply with the 1991 Paris peace accord.
e- Now, when the CNRP won this election, Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen do not accept the result.
We got to find way to effectively inform the international community about this Vietnam’s criminal acts so that they could find way to punish Vietnam. Vietnam will stop killing Khmer people if and only if it got punishment.
2- Concerning the CNRP: The CNRP needs to prepare for something unpredictable such as the loss of Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha at the same time.
The CNRP needs to produce a general consensus amongst themselves, who will be number 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, etc…..
By well preparing and knowing exactly who would take over would lessen the impact of the shock. The evil Vietnam will attack the CNRP when it saw the opening and destroyed the CNRP.
3- Concerning Khmer people: It is the CNRP’s job to mentally strengthen our people, clearly proving to them that the demonstration is the last resort. We have no choice.
4- While doing the demonstration, try to friendly communicate with our Khmer policemen or soldiers, proving to them that the demonstration is for the best interest of Khmer people , including them. Try to getting them on our side.
5- The evil Vietnam might use its spies to act as the CNRP’s members and commit violence to stain the CNRPs reputation.

But we just don't like some the supporters of his party (CNRP), because most of the time they attacked the rule of law and the Cambodian constitution, by attacking the law of the country and the Khmer King, whenever they felt very bad or disadvantage of the situation.
