Hence, this is a golden opportunity for you the people to come together, to rise up with he youth in demanding CHANGE, a change that sees a new government in this year of 2013. We will not rest until we achieve this change.
I request for all the security forces to protect your people in accordance to Buddhist precepts!

I think it of vital importance that the Army and Police stay nurtral and to protects it citizen or civilian. That is NOT to protect only Hun Sen Family.
The Army and Police should ask themself the question if they are injuried, becamse disabled or lost of life will CPP Hun Sen look after their surviving family and childrens? That answer is No.
Once you are used by the CPP and Hun Sen, you become worthless and you and your families will struggle to make a living under the CPP Hun Sen Government.
Where as under the CNRP as Sam Rainsy leadership the Army & Police their family fully benefits from the CNRP policies, that include free access to medical and hospital care, higher salary and better career prospects. Unlike the CPP Hun Sen only his childrens & families members get promoted under the CNRP everyone whom have abilities are capable to promotions, but MOST IMPORTANLY UNDER the CNRP the Army & Police forces will be REFORM to will be NUTRAL to any or particular party.
Don't take order to kill your own people which Hun Sen has been doing for the last 28 years and Like Hun Sen did during the Khmer Rouge or Vietnamese occupation.

Again, CPP did not or have not won the election. CNRP is a winner with 63 seats and CPP with 60 seats even though the NEC is not independence because of CPP control over NEC and corruptions or by military bodyguards and polices provided by his Vietnamese partners in Hanoi like PM Dung of Communist Vietnam.
Opposition Parties like CNRP, KAPP, FUNCIPEC, CLD, etc., do not own any medias, cable TVs, information ministry dept., education detp., but only CPP.

army and armed forces will get good pay and will have a secure life after e.g after 5 years, they could have enough to buy their new car worth at least $25,000 and have enough to spend on their girl friend, wife and kids. After 10 years they could have paid of their home loan or starting to buy their own home etc. Their money will go into their account as in salary, each year $5000.00 etc. It is a rewarding job and making them proud to be one. Each year, they would have 4 weeks of for their holiday e,g in july 1 week and in Dec 3 more weeks or they can save it until 5 years and take the whole lot off.
Money can be collected from national resources to pay for all the armies, armed forces and gov't would receive their income from the reserve bank. The reserve bank than get these money from interest rate, from various banks and other potential lenders e,g business loan bank and also from selling their commodities e.g import and export goods and service e,g rice and fish, patrol, oil, gold and diamond which own by the gov't to benefit all the whole system e,g angko wat money goes to the reserve bank because it is from public money etc.
Project is funded by different sources e.g road construction is funded by road registration. People using road and have to pay for their service or School is funding by the federal or commonwealth bank e,g through interest rates etc. Farming is funded by supper marked through share profit etc. the need to allocate funding to sustain the on going process such development, etc.
In this way, everyone is being control by the law and no one will be above the law. At the same time everyone knows what they are doing according to the law.
