Ah Cheang Vun is ah mather's fucking ugly dog. His facial feature alone makes me puke. His behavior is a freak! His mannerism is a gangster. It is time to kick him out. I am so surprised that this jerk is from Battambang. Unbelieveable.
Ah Chean Vun called Sonn Chhay "Phnoung" later asked kicked Sonn Chhay and 28 other opposition party out of the National Assembly, treating Son Chhay as a criminal trespassing his property.

His real behavior is AH YOUKONG BAAT PSAR (the lowest trash)who is a copy cat of his master AH HUN SEN aka HUN NAL. He is a disgrace for Cambodia to be endured with such personality to run the house of representatives. When I listen to his interview with Radio free Asia, I can feel his tension over his tone to answer all indirect questions through the interviewer. I keep thinking he may suffer a heart attack and drop dead soon while taking the current pressure and trying to show his brave face. I bet he would not go back to be a fruit and vegetable vendor on the street of Paris. There is an option though, he can go and join the others at Ton Le Sap (the great lake) and train to a new skill, fishing.

Vietnam, Cambodia strengthen legislative ties
VietNamNet Bridge (22/02/2012) – Vietnam always gives priority to consolidating neighbourliness, traditional friendship, and multifaceted cooperation with Cambodia.
This was affirmed by Head of the National Assembly (NA) Committee for Foreign Affairs Tran Van Hang while receiving a delegation from the Cambodian NA Committee for Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, Information and Media, led by its Chairman, Chheang Vun.
Hang said bilateral relationship is an invaluable asset of the two countries and urged both sides to nurture it for development and prosperity in both countries, as well as for peace, democracy, and social advancement in the world.
Hang briefed his guest on Vietnam’s current situation and proposed both committees promote the exchange of information and work closely together in international forums, especially within ASEAN and other sub-regional cooperation frameworks.
The two sides said they are together drafting a memorandum of understanding on amendments to the 2007 agreement on cooperation between the two National Assemblies.
They also agreed to exchange high-ranking delegations and organize a meeting between the Vietnamese, Lao, and Cambodian NA Committees for Foreign Affairs.
Later the same day, Chheang Vun was received Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Sinh Hung, who suggested the two NA External Affairs Committees pay due attention to boost cooperation in various fields.
Also on February 21, Politburo member and permanent member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat Le Hong Anh, received Chheang Vun.
He expressed his hope that the NA of both countries will boost experience exchange in legislative-related issues.
Chheang Vun affirmed that Cambodia will do its utmost to foster the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia.

In the interview with RFA on 31 July 2013, Cambodian people realised with shame that despite his high academic degree, Chheang Vun’s arrogance will cause a continued decrease of CPP popularity. What a great senior communications expert!
It was my first time listening Chien Vun interview on RFA. His voice sounded like UNEDUCATED monkey from the district mountain, cruel and savage as Ah HOON XEN.
No you guy are wrong. His mum and the family are yuon prostitutes. Trust me he is yuon and was born. As he does a lot of bad things to the country and he violates the law thus we curse him and family member to born as prostitutes every world.
