This Monday at 9:00 am local time. the NEC just declared the CPP had won the July 28 election.

Change from Ho Chi Minh CPP to CNRP.
Most Khmer both home and abroad we all know since before 28th July 2013 national election that NEC would cheating as they done so many times in the past, so don't waste time and our breath with this NEC the only solution is massive demonstration all over the country to defend our votes as well as our country from Indochina Federation.
