I know where you come from, I know you afraid of change ther're nothing wrong with that. Change it can be as easy as 1 2 3 if you put your mind and willing to change. Occourse it gonna take a lot of strength, endurance, strugling for the better of our Khmer nation. And change can come as hard as it can be like heavier than carry the mountain on your shoulder if you let it be.
But since 1979 to 2013 if Hun Sen and the CPP really Care for the well being of the Khmer nation and it people you and I whould have seen it already. But for past 34 years our Khmer populations that are born in the last three decades, we Khmers should have the clevers, the smarts, engineers, doctors, and far advance Khmers ect..by the hundred of thousands if not millions. To help the Khmer nation strives and flourish in every aspects of our nation that are needs to growth.
Unfortunately you and I and the rest of the Khmers people knew, heard and haven't seen or the Khmers young generatios haven't had any chances to growth their knowledge, to explore their world, to do what they wants and needs. Those yearning and needs had come to a standstill and lock up by Hun Sen and the CPP, and cronies. Because for 34 years Hun Sen , the CPP cronies and the Youn Hanoi did all kind of bad deeds to the Khmer nation and it people.
In order for the nation to growth and prosperous, each and every nation on this planet earth need five basic principles: discipline, education, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and freedom of journalism. 1st discipline, during pregnancy process the husband must do is TLC ( tender loving care ) for his wife. From the birth of a child thru out his school years until he get a degree from college or any university institutions, no any form of abuses from their parents, baby sitter, guardian, teacher, monk, adult, and siblings ect. Because children they learns, flourishes, and sharpes their mind in the first twenty to twenty five years of their lives. The rest of the other four principles will come easy when We Khmers accomplishes our first foundation I think you get the ideas. Do you know why the greatest economy and the far advance technologies countries on this planet earth are so greats, because of the fives basic principles . Example Japan, Americans went to change their ways of running the country back in 1860's look at the Japanese and Japan economy today. How about South Korea and Taiwan not to mention China.
Remember Chompa nation in central Vietnam, it been gone the Youn Hanoi species had been swallowed since 1579 roughly. Kampujea Krom Youn Hanoi start invaded in 1620's and eventually the French illegally transfer toYoun Emperor Bao Dai in 1949 need I say more? Dear Khmers, our Khmer nation never been independent since the greatest Khmer Empire year 1431. Now is the chane for us to have true independent. In order for Khmer nation and it people to accomplish this mission, first we have to destroys, demolish, and escapes the Youn Hanoi and it puppets iron grip

What kind of statement from this foreign affair to tell the international communities not to interfere with Cambodia issue? So that, Hun Sen can do whatever he wants and he uses this pretext to grab power. The world won't stand with you Hun Sen.

This letter written by CPP is correct. But its not the foreign diplomats that is supporting the opposition, the foreign di0lomats are supports all Cambodia including the oppositions and the CPP. To play a supporting roles to both side, the foreign diplomats must find evidence from all side and to hear from all side.
So far, from the Hun Sen side, he has threatens to create wars, should the opposition wins. Hun Sen has killed hundreds and thousands of Khmer from Pol Pot to 1997 when he lost the UN sponsored election.
Hun Sen controls all media, all military and all court procedure. In the recent event, Hun Sen has cheated the election even discriminated against all opposition from their duty by removing their immunity accusing the opposition members of violating the constitution when the oppositions merged to form the CRNP.
This letter should be send to Hun Sen to respect the oppositions according to the 1961 Geneva convention. Hun Sen should also be punished for his crimes against humanity in the World Court including the 1997 killings and the K5 Genocide under the Vietnamese occupation.

Please do diligent report of all irregularities of the voting process and of their lies, cheated, and deceiving by NEC and the CPP. Than report it to International Community, the European Union, the US and especially the 19 countries signaturies of the 1991 Paris Peace Accord, and invite them to be please remain the backbone of the innocent Khmer populations, that we're hungry, striving, and our hearts are cry out for the true democracy to set roots inside of Cambodia.
Your Exellencies, with the whole Khmer population in Cambodia and abroad behind the CNRP, be vigilant and perform the mass demonstration thru out Cambodia and around the world we will prevail.

When the CPP government and Hun Sen cheat is way to loose an election and realised that the CNRP have won the election. They decided to bring about 1 clause that favour their needs to again try any cover-up their dirty actions in this election.
CNRP have won this election with a small margin consider the high level of vote rigging and cheat facilitated by the NEC.
There should not be any reason that the internations communities whom havd donated to the Hun Sen CPP government year after years without any input.
Hun Sen should acknowonledge for once that he lost the supports of all Cambodian Citizen and accept the CNRP have won this election fair and square.
Further more Hun Sen and CPP in the pass is known to be a soar looser and try to forced he way into a winning position likde he did in 1993. No NOT this time, the electorate have given CNRP a chance to govern Cambodia and change the CPP bad/dirty practices.

In other news, Hun Sen remains the prime minister and the CPP maintains control of the military, the police, the court, the economy, the government and pretty much everything else in Cambodia. Every 5 years the opposition lost the election, and every time they cried fraud and refused to accept the result, they whine about it on constant basis, it’s called sore loser. 5 years from now the opposition will lose again, rinse and repeat. Even the US and EU, the opposition’s benefactors, got tired of their pathetic cries, don’t even bother to call for UN investigation, they only called for NEC investigation. Congratulate to Hun Sen and the CPP for their great Victory, long live CPP!

Do you know why Ah Hun Sen agrees to let international election body to investigate the irregularity of this election? My opinion is American pressured Ah Youn leader not to interfere with Khmer election because Ah Youn leader just came to the US to meet American last week. Over one million names had been removed from the voter lists and about 200,000 names duplication votes.
To be fare and clean election after investigations NEC must add these one million votes to CNRP and add another 200,000 duplicated votes too.
