The Cambodian US Embassy under this fool did nothing to promote Cambodia, did nothing to promote good relation with US nor with Khmer-American, did nothing to help Khmer visiting, studying, or working in the US. Also staffs there gave stupid answers to confuse Khmer student study there seems like they are trying to extort money out Khmer who need help in the US. What a shame! They bring shame and disgrace to Cambodia.

I try to renew my passport, couldn't do it. I try calling, email, and finally had to go in person, still couldn't do. Luckily, I got married to a US citizen and got a green card. Fuck hem and his shitty thieves. glad I don't have to ever see them again ever.

Still some of Khmer in DC area are happy to attend Embassy party when they were invited by Hem Heng. A few of them even invites him to their children's wedding. They think they have an honor to invite such impetent Cambodia ambassador. I only went once when it was opened in the first time to see how it looks like, but never go again. No, they're not incompetent. They're just lazy, careless of their country looks, unethical, and greedy. Just push a few hundred dollars in front of them and you'll get anything done. You want a Cambodian passport, ID card, citizenship? you'll get it, even if you're not Cambodian, anybody can get it. That's how bad it is. CPP regime make people shamelessly greedy, amoral, and unethical. They even teach small children from primary school up. If you give your child money to pay the teacher at school, your child will fail the class and will not make it and pass school. Even if you're dirt poor, you have to pay up at all level. Dog eat dog mentality.
