Hun sen is an incompetent leader who lost the election (with all that 'irregularities' or cheating - he still lost), however, he is clinging to power without the people's support.
There's nothing to 'workout or negotiate', just step down Hun sen, you know you lost - you don't have the capability to be the world standard leader and advance the country in the same way as Singapore or Australia or other democratic nations.
If Hun sen cares about Cambodia at all, he would allow a more capable person to lead the country as per the people's choice.
Why is it that other countries have elections, with no issues, and the countries are still running smoothly during & after the election? Hun sen had been in power for 28 years, he should've sort this out! If he cared about the country!
The sons will not stand a chance within the CPP if they were put up for power! There will be a major internal power struggle, and these young daddy's boys do not have any credit to earn CPP loyalty and respect.

You did lose the elction 2013 then you conducted a coup d'etat by bringing troops to Phnom penh and robbing victory from CNRP thru NEC. CNRP and its supportors have the right to hold a rally and appeal to U.N. and international community to help investigate the 2013 election fraud. Your cronies have no right to make any conditions by telling the people from the province not to join the rally or limiting the numbers of people at the rally. If you use forces against the innocent people, you will face the international criminal court (ICC), the U.N. and the U.S. You had been so lucky that they did not destroyed you in 1993 when u lost the election back then, but this time it is your last strike. ICC has been collecting evidents of atrocities committed by you and your cronies toward dissidents and innocent poor cambodians relating to land grabbing issues. ICC has the right to go and arrest you just like the US did to Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan or Manuel Noriega in Panama. I'm talking about international law in a modern day of age and you can be charged as a drug lord and crime against humanity. Make no mistake about it, You and your gangs leave CNRP supporters alone at the rally.
