In the wake of an announcement by the National Election Committee (NEC) that it has completed its investigation into election irregularities, the U.S. and Australian embassies in Phnom Penh on Monday continued to call for an independent and transparent inquiry into the results of the July 28 election.
“We still say that an investigation into irregularities needs to happen. The outcome of these electoral disputes needs to be something that Cambodian people as a whole will be happy with,” said Sean McIntosh, spokesman for the U.S. Embassy.

To His Excellency Sam Rainsy and His Excellency Kem Sokha:

The intention of creating a political party is to win the election at all cost. The objective is to run the country; to change the system of corruptions and to annihilate communism in Cambodia. If CNRP is to negotiate with CPP,it means CNRP is not the real political party we need for Cambodia. The goal is to put CPP out of commission. In addition, CPP, according to IRI and COMFREL, loses this election, so, why would CNRP is taking the position to negotiate the deal? It should be CPP the one that needs to work with CNRP since CPP is the losing party. If the leaders of CNRP are negotiating with CPP, this simply means, CNRP leadership is seeking for their own interests and NOT THE INTEREST OF THE PEOPLE; If that IS THE CASE, then CNRP is just as the same as CPP. I am a CNRP voter and THERE MUST NOT BE ANY NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN CNRP AND CPP. The ONLY WAY CNRP CAN NEGOTIATE WITH CPP, there is ONLY ONE ALTERNATIVE AND THAT IS CPP MUST ACCEPT THE REAL RESULTS OF CNRP-63 and CPP-60; AND CPP MUST PUBLICALLY ANNOUNCE THE RESULTS ACCORDINGLY; AND THAT CPP-60 OPPOSITION MEMBERS MUST PROMISE TO WORK WITH CNRP IN THE NEW GOVERNMENT. This should be the final solution to negotiation between CNRP AND CPP.

Your Excellencies, if you are our true heroes and leaders...this should be the only avenue that you're both are working FOR THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE and OF THE PEOPLE.

Thank you and may God bless you're both. Your humble servant.

About 80% of Cambodian are voting CNRP for a Change, Hun Sen lost an election. But Hun Sen didn't step down and using troops to block CNRP protesters. No matter what the NEC final result is. Hun Sen is a loser by the voters. NEC and HUN SEN are cheating and election fraud. The United Nations should step in and restart an election processing from scratch in order to make it Free and Fair election. No investigations for irregulation by NEC and CPP, it is useless.

Hun Sen must go.

NEC is Hun Sen and CPP; CPP and Hun Sen are NEC. Cambodia law is
Hun Sen; Hun Sen is Cambodia law what Cambodians should do if the NEC could not be reformed. In order to reform the NEC unless the
present government has to be get rid of. Otherwise, everything could not be resolved. Please U.N.
U.S. and EU find a strategy to force this government to reform the NEC immediately or else.
