ANTICIPATING VIETNAM’S NEXT MOVE AND MAKING VIETNAM ACCOUNTABLE OF ITS CRIMINAL ACTS AGAINST KHMER PEOPLE ARE THE KEYS FOR CAMBODIA’S SURVIVAL.
Since Sam Rainsy has been pardoned by the King, we should look into the future.
As the election is approaching, Khmer people should foresee some events that would likely to occur.
(The below paragraphs are important)
If we see that the result of the election has already fixed, we should mount a huge demonstration from now until the election day so that the election on July 28th would not go on, giving the international community a leverage to force the puppet party to overhaul the NEC, and the election must be delayed.
I think this is the best solution. We must know by now that this evil Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen are so persevered about keeping whatever necessary to hold on to power and swallow Cambodia.
The CNRP must know that the people has empowered you to succeed and it is up to you to take the right steps to accomplish our goals. The morale of the people will go down dramatically if we took the wrong steps and fail.
If the election is free and fair, the CNRP will win the election by a landslide.
(The above paragraphs can save Cambodia in my own opinion)
What would happen to Cambodia thereafter?
I have kept saying that after the CNRP wins this election, Vietnam will stage a fake civil war to destabilize the new government and at the same time Vietnam will launch a psychological warfare by spreading the words that “ you see, without Hun Sen and the CPP, there is war in Cambodia”. And some Khmer people would believe so because they normally don’t spend time to find the cause of the problems.
We must find out who start this fake civil war after the CNRP wins the election. Khmer people should expose those criminals who start this fake civil war and bring them to face justice in the International Criminal Court (ICC), which has prosecuted many criminals against humanity since its “official” inception in 2003.
A fake civil war is a war between the Vietnamese who have been living in Cambodia after Vietnam’s invasion in 1979 and the new CNRP’s government. It is absolutely not a war between Khmer and Khmer.
Notice that by being able to install a puppet government since 1979, Vietnam has ALLOWED Cambodia to have peace in exchange for its total dominance in Cambodia.
Just look at the Khmer natural resource, the temple Angkor Wat, the border’s encroachment, the land concession, the economic marginalization, the “reverse” cultural assimilation, and most importantly the incessant mass influx of the Vietnamese into Cambodia. So, the current peace in Cambodia is extremely dangerous because Khmer people will become a minority in the near future. And Vietnam will eventually absorb Cambodia by legal means and nothing Khmer people and the international community could do to save Cambodia.

Why does Vietnam initiate a new war in Cambodia after the CNRP wins ?
Here is the trend to support this rhetoric:
1- After Cambodia got its independence from France in 1953, the north Vietnam Vietminh did not leave Cambodia and caused a lot of problems to Sihanouk’s government.
2- After march 18, 1970, Vietnam invaded Cambodia. We must know that this invasion would have occurred anyway with or without Sihanouk’s request.
3- In 1979, Vietnam invaded Cambodia to remove the Khmer Rouge. Again, we must know that this invasion would have occurred with or without Heng Samrin, Chea Sim, and Hun Sen’s requests. Vietnam has its own plan to attack Cambodia. Actually, Vietnam was forced to attack Cambodia prematurely because Vietnam had learned that the UN would intervene in Cambodia on January 15, 1979. Vietnam would have let its Khmer Vietminh kill most of Khmer people first before it invaded Cambodia, had the UN not planned to enter Cambodia on January 15, 1979.
4- After its invasion in January 1979, Vietnam had imposed the Ks project, especially the K5 project which killed hundred of thousands of Khmer men. This is a severe crime attempting to obliterate Khmer race. That infamous K5 project was stopped only after Vietnam’s main supporter – the Soviet Union – was crumbling and prompted Vietnam to sign the 1991 Paris peace agreement.
5- After the 1993 election, Vietnam ordered its puppet Hun Sen not to relinquish the power and initiate the secession to intimidate the newly elected government.
Therefore, after the CNRP wins the election in July 28, 2013, Vietnam will use its special force who have been living in Cambodia since 1979 to attack the new government to create social turbulence. Again this attack would occur with or without Hun Sen’s request. Khmer people and the world might see the war as civil war, but the mastermind behind it is Vietnam and its Vietnamese people. This evil Vietnam is extremely tricky and surreptitious.
Vietnam might also create some groups to act violently in Cambodia such as killing people and then linking those groups with the CNRP, thus giving Vietnam and its puppet the right to restore order and crush the CNRP’s government. We should aware of this “blaming” tricks deployed by Vietnam and its puppet Hun Sen.
6- If Vietnam is a friendly neighbor, why did Vietnam create and brainwash the Khmer Vietminh ? what was Vietnam’s ulterior motive behind the creation of Khmer Vietminh? These Khmer Vietminh have been using by Vietnam as a mask or a tool to cover Vietnam’s action in Cambodia. Millions of Khmer people were brutally tortured and killed by these brainwash Khmer Vietminh and the incompetent and ignorant Khmer Rouge.
7- The CNRP should inform the international community, particularly the UN about the prospect of a fake civil war generated by Vietnam after it wins this July election.
Khmer people must remember that let Cambodia to have peace and prosperity has never been in Vietnam’s dictionary. Vietnam has been creating wars, social unrest in Cambodia mostly through its brainwash Khmer Vietminh and exploited it.
Logically, since Vietnam has never been punished for its crimes, why should Vietnam change its course of conquering Cambodia and crush anything that stay on its path ?
We got to know how to make Vietnam accountable of its criminal acts against Khmer people. Otherwise, Khmer people will continue to suffer. We have to launch a counter attack by bringing Vietnam to the International Criminal Court (ICC) or do something to make the world aware and denounce the root of our problem and suffering – the evil Vietnam.
