4 you must absolutely put the recommendation to create an indepedent institute for national election committee in 2018 ...and all the members must absolutely come from ONG and UN members .
5 you must absolutely listen the cambodian peoples VOICE and respect khmer peoples WILLING .
our life , our khmer nation future and our khmer generation child future is depending on you mr prime minister sam rainsy , and we hope that you will not make us disappointed , because you are the last hope for our khmer peoples and we are with you untill the end of our life to rescue our khmer nation from danger .
