If CNRP accepted any lousy power sharing scheme, it would be the final nail into its coffin.
At the very least, any power sharing agreement must first guarantee that the current Prime Miniter will be out of office by no later than the end of this new term, with no possibility for him to be in that position ever again. The two political parties can do this by first having the laws amended to establish term limit on the post of the prime minister. The second requirement is to have reforms put in place on the NEC and the Constitutional Council.
Any power sharing agreement short of having the two crucial goals included would be a suicidal and gross betrayal on the part of the opposition, because they have come this far due to the support and sacrifice of the mass disenfranchised khmers.
