The CNRP needs to be careful about its stance. So far we know that the CNRP claim victory. Therefore, the prime minister's position also belongs to the CNRP not just the National Assembly. Why Sam Rainsy talked only about the National Assembly. It's confusing to the people. I support the CNRP, but I believe I recommend it that Rainsy should have good advisors because sometimes he's not clear when he gives public speaking in terms of in the Khmer context. I honestly believe that Kem Sokha does a better job on public speaking.
Yes, the only fair power sharing formula is to have CPP on Executive branch, and CNRP on the Legislative branch. This would provide the best possible check and balance for this 5th mandate of the Cambodian government.
This would formula would allow for the reconciliation between all parties, and restoration of respect to the constitution and institution of the King. The King should provide leadership to bring both parties to the table and to agree to this formula.
When the new government starts, it should then work immediately to honestly reform all institutions that have been plagued with controversies.
Stand your ground! Please do not change your stance! Perfect strategy:
take the Parliamentary Presidency and chairmanships while starting reforming NEC to investigate electoral irregularities. Electoral irregularities investigation is a key chip for negotiation by playing on the pressure from your constituents. You should get all your demands by the end!
NEC reform will presage the death sentence for CPP in 2018
We still need to find justice, but at the same we have to have some important positions to balance the power. It's almost impossible to reverse the election because cpp hold everything. I know the opposition really hesitate to say clearly that they do not want to share the power, but they need the share the National Assembly to counter the cpp, but not join the government. The will of people is to change the current government and it's impossible this election, they have to prepare for next one, change the NEC and some reforms. I think the opposition has to explain clearly what strategy not to disappoint them. Politic is flexible to survive.
You should have enough experience to negociate with Hun Sen. He uses all tricks even cheap strategy, releasing secret tape which was happened in the past. Therefore, do your homework before to negociate, stick to your point. Now you have to be clear what your next step. Your supporters are confusing, tell and explain what you want to do.Do not hide, the truth is still the truth. Your plan is to share power in National Assembly, not join the government is clear. Just tell the people why? They understand and not confuse. Change NEC and some reforms. All of these points need to explain them. Politic is flexible, depending the situation.

Sam Rainsy have done the right thing, but he needs to clearly explain the people. Take the National Assembly and reform do the reform. It's no way to reverse the election, cpp has military and police and more...The best thing do the best to get main power to check and balance.
cpp is not able to change, look they are the same people do the same job. Hun Sen still depends on them, he is not able to against these powerful people around him. Let Rainsy does his job, no one else can handle this so wait and see. Politic is complicated and must be flexible. he needs to explain people, no hesitate, people will understand. Remember, rainsy tries to avoid bloodshed, his people have nothing, bare hands, look Hun Sen never hesitates use weapon.
Koh Tral Island must not be forgotten

Why do Koh Tral Island, known in Vietnam as Phu Quoc, a sea and land area covering proximately over 30,000 km2 [Note: the actual land size of Koh Tral itself is 574 square kilometres (222 sq miles)] have been lost to Vietnam by whose treaty? Why don’t Cambodia government be transparent and explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 on the Thai border and what's about over 30,000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?

The Cambodian army at front lines suffer under rain, wind, bullets, bombs, lack of foods, lack of nutrition and their families have no health care assistance, no securities after they died but a very small group eat well, sleep well, sleep in first class hotel with air conditioning system with message from young girls, have first class medical care from oversea medical treatments, they are billionaires, millionaires who sell out the country to be rich and make the Cambodian people suffer everyday.
Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that resulted in the loss over 30,000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why they are not being transparent and brave enough to inform all Cambodians and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't they include Koh Tral (Koh Tral size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapore [Note: Singapore's present land size is 704 km2 (271.8 sq mi)]) with heap of great natural resources, in the Cambodian education system?
Look at Hun Sen's families, relatives and friends- they are billionaires, millionaires. Where did they get the money from when we all just got out of war with empty hands [in 1979]? Hun Sen always say in his speeches that Cambodia had just risen up from the ashes of war, just got up from Year Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% of innocent Cambodian people are so poor and struggling with their livelihood every day?

Non-violent Mass Protest is new to Cambodia. It should be put to use more often and mobilized to get the best results.
Unfulfilled Duty of the Khmer King
Article 23 - The King is the Supreme Commander of the Royal Khmer Armed Forces. The Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Khmer Armed Forces shall be appointed to command the Royal Khmer Armed Forces.
Article 24 - The King shall serve as Chairman of the Supreme Council of National Defense to be established by law. The King shall declare war after approval of the National Assembly.
