There are two options available between CPP and CNRP:
1) Hun Sen to step down from power;
2) CPP and NEC must recognize the accurate result after the election which CNRP 63 CPP 60; and Khieu Kanharith, Im Soursdei and Tep Nytha must be prosecuted for the involvement in the election fraudulence and unfair practice by the CPP.
The meeting has reached an agreement on three points:
1. Respect the king's message dated 16/9/13 calling for calm and peace after a day of violence between police and protesters.
2. Both sides agreed to set up a mechanism for the reforms of the elections in the future.
3. Both sides continue to talk at all levels to resolve national issues.
The CNRP,
This agreement is the beginning of the end of the CNRP.
This dumb King has never responded to any Khmer people cry out for help, the destruction of Khmer natural resource, the loss of land and sea, etc… .
The CNRP has won the election, and the CPP stole it. Now you follow “ Prea Reach Domress Sdach Leukeu Sihamoni”. It will work in favor of the Yuon slave CPP, and it will gradually weaken the CNRP. Khmer people are not going to support an aimless party CNRP. It is so sad and ridiculous that during this turbulent time, the regular citizens seem to understand Cambodia’s problems more than the so called political leaders.
Khmer people have firmly asked you to stick firmly with your initial request., and now you changed it.
Don’t count on any electoral reform that would help you (CNRP) to win again. Your decision to accept this dumb King’s advice has alienated many people already. Your wrong decision has already broken Khmer apart without the Yuon slave CPP’s action.
YOU MUST STICK WITHH YOUR INITIAL DEMAND. If you are a wimp and keep listening to that dumb King, you better quit and let the strong one resume the work because this heavy favorable opportunity to save Cambodia will never come again.
Notice that, even if the CNRP won the 2018 election, the CPP and the evil Vietnam will not transfer you the power. What would the CNRP do besides the demonstration? If you do the demonstration at that time, would this time 2013 is a better one? This 2013 demonstration has a solid foundation because the CNRP had won and this demonstration has wide support from Khmer people and the international community, and consequently the CNRP will win. Perseverance and consistency are the keys to win over this evil Vietnam. Don’t be a loser, the CNRP must know how to seize the once in a life time opportunity.
I would like to recall a vital wrong decision that the CNRP has made in this 2013 election.
Before the election, the CNRP had demanded the CPP to overhaul the NEC. The CPP refused.
After Sam Rainsy returned to Cambodia, the movement of the people supporting the CNRP was skyrocketing. I wrote in this KI everyday after Sam Rainsys return to call on the CNRP to seize the opportunity by switching from campaigning to mounting a nationwide demonstration to change the NEC because the momentum of the people supporting the CNRP was surreal and the CPP will have no choice but to accept the NECs change. I had called on the CNRPs leaders to stop campaigning a few hours and used those precious few hours to make an urgent decision to change its strategy from campaigning to demanding the NEC’s change until the election day, making the election impossible. If the election were impossible, this traitor hun Sen could not cheat and proclaimed himself the winner.
Therefore, one essential lesson is that the CNRP must understand the words opportunity and momentum. Don’t let these 2 elements slip by because they are rarely come.
If you implement this agreement, you let these 2 elements slip by, and you will become the loser forever. But, the traitor Hun Sen has never honored his promised. The CNRP must learn from him and go back and stick with your original demand: the inquiry of the electoral fraud.
If the CNRP failed this time, the CNRP should look itself after the Funsipek s fate because people including me start losing interest in you already.
Don’t ever hope that you will win in 2018 because you are dumber than a dumb person named King Siamoni, who has always followed .the traitor Hun Sen’s orders.

Let us take one step backward and sit down nicely with a good cup of coffee and reflect deeply and logically on what is happening in Cambodia.
1. The most critical, main and only issue of contention at this moment is none other than the alleged election fraud that can only be proven one way or another through the creation of an independent investigation committee. It is for an expression of a true will and a desire for changes that every Cambodian voter who voted for changes decided to come to the polling stations to vote their conscience fearlessly. It is for the same reason that they are protesting right now; they are protesting the stealing of their votes which represent their lives and future including those of their children and grandchildren. The CNRP as a party does not have, in my humble opinion, a mandate at this stage of the game to negotiate power sharing or whatever they are talking about behind closed door.
2. A call to non-violence does not have to be made behind closed door; the CNRP can continue to ask its supporters to stay focused with the objective of the protest and remain committed to non-violence; the government on its side has a responsibility to protect the right and freedom of the people to express their will publicly as guaranteed by the Constitution. Cambodians welcome His Majesty call to remind us of the need to remain nonviolent and peaceful, but we need not give Him any more credit than He deserves with such a call. His Majesty should have known much better in the position he holds that true peace only reigns in a just, fair, and non-oppressed society, the condition of the country which he fails miserably to fight for, much worse to mention a word about it! Hun Sen will always resort to using violence and fear to crack down on the protesters once he realizes that the people insist on the creation of an independent investigation committee to look into the allegation of an election fraud and that he will not become a Prime Minister. Hun Sen hopes to lure CNRP into the power sharing scheme by which he and his party are going to come out winners. Since he controls every important institutions in the government and there are always enough political opportunists among the so-called Cambodian educated folks, whether it be in the CPP or the CNRP, to make his highly efficient and well enticing system of patronage run smoothly, he hopes that this power sharing scheme over time will weaken the opposition in the same manner as he has done cunningly and well before. Power sharing with Hun Sen will weaken the CNRP from within and make a lot of its supporters disillusioned with the party and Cambodians quite cynical with Khmer politicians who are usually the masters of making deals for themselves and not Cambodia, our poor and tragic country, a victim much more of her own selfish children than her neighbors.

I hope that Sam Rainsy is not taking this opportunity to negotiate a seat in the parliament for himself at the expense of the common objective of fighting to protect people’s will since he was not one of the CNRP candidates for the 5th national election. CNRP must remember that the interest of the people in general must supersede that of the party; otherwise, Cambodians have just unfortunately voted to replace a tiger with a crocodile. If a CNRP can form a government without Sam Rainsy being a Prime Minister, so be it; after all, there are enough capable Cambodians in the CNRP leadership to hold that position. A cult of personality must not exist any more in Cambodian political culture; anyone can be replaced! We do not need Jayavarman VII to lead Cambodia, we simply need a leader whose genuine desire is to build and protect the country and its citizens, a leader who can bring about prosperity, peace, justice, equality and democracy.
Cambodian voters who want changes are mature enough to know the real issues the country is facing, so ask them for their advice and desire before making any deals with the devil since the deals may end up incarcerating the people just like before the election and making their lives even more miserable with more deforestation, land grabbing, injustice, corruption, cronyism and nepotism among other things. Remember the devil gets smarter each time you falls victim to his tricks. The devil of Cambodia, in my opinion, will never repent of his sins and to make any deals with him that puts him back in power is a mistake. If you are not willing to fight him head on, then there is no need for the CNRP to try it on 2018; he will never dismantle an election body that favours him and his party or he may find a better way to let the new illegitimate immigrants in Cambodia to vote and thus wins the election without having to resort to using the NEC or the Constitutional Council. Just for sake of argument, let’s say the CNRP decides to make a simple deal and through this deal the status quo remains in place, which is much in favour of the CPP, but Sar Kheng will replace Hun Sen as a Prime Minister. Do you think such a deal will go through?
CNRP, your mandate is the negotiation to create an independent election committee to look into election fraud and nothing else at this stage of the game. Protest and demonstrate if the people want it! Remember not to be tempted by the stolen money the devil wants to share with you; after all, that money was stolen from the people anyway.
If the people have voted him out of office, Hun Sen must go and the CNRP’s job is to fight for that!

It is time for Hun Sen to wake up by now. Because they are borrowing your hands to do all the dirty works for them. They have done this kind of business for the last thousand years. Don’t let the loser dictates the tempo of the game
The CNRP is the winner. The winner must not let the loser dictates the pace of the game.
By agreeing to follow the "Preah Reach Damress Maha Ksath Leukeu Sihamoni" the CNRP has already partly made concession to the loser.
King Sihamoni follows Hun Sen’s order who is in turn followed Vietnam’s order. And how do you expect to liberate Cambodia from Vietnam when you follow its order ?
The traitor Hun Sen and his master Vietnam have been succeeded at diverting Khmer people attention from the nationwide demonstration to the "wait and see" the result of the negotiation. This is a "protracted war" tactic. The loser is the CNRP.
The momentum of the CNRP has gone down the drain. The CNRP must admit that it made a mistake by following Sihamoni’s suggestion, and it must make a quick adjustment and go back to the initial demand pertaining to the electoral fraud.
Make the demonstration until the loser concedes its defeat and transfer the power to you.
If the CNRP failed to capitalize this opportunity, it will be viewed by the people as incompetent, and the CNRP might subsequently slowly disintegrate because the CNRP’s decision to follow Preah Reach Damress Maha Ksath Leukeu Sihamoni has alienated so many people already.
I think this way:
After the election, the CPP knew that it had lost the election, so it wanted to use force to smash the CNRP. That’s why it let that King Ting Moung to go to China.
Later on, the CPP and its master the evil Vietnam found another way to kill the CNRP by using this dumb King to force the CNRP to negotiate, which Khmer people in the whole country have warned the CNRP not to do.
Our ultimate goal is to liberate Cambodia from the Khmer killer Vietnam.
(Notice that if the Khmer Rouge Tribunal were able to bring case 3 and 4, they will find out the killings during the Pol Pot era were mostly committed by the evil Vietnam).
Vietnam will not give up Cambodia unless there was a powerful force to push it out.
We need the international community’s intervention, but the International community needs a leverage to do so. It is imperative that the mass demonstration must go on until the CNRP gets the victory that the people have given it. If the CPP used force to suppress the mass demonstration, it would give the International community the necessary leverage to move in to help Cambodia
The CNRP should not take anything less than the victory. Khmer people have propelled you to the top, not the stupid King.
If the CNRP’s MPs convened in this 23rd September, that means the end of the CNRP.
DON’T DO IT.
If the CNRP wanted to remain strong, it must stay with the people and forget about this King Kong Sihamoni.

PS: The NEC’s reform for 2018 will not mean anything because when the CNRP won in 2018, the CPP will not transfer the power. Don’t fall on this trick and accept the traitor Hun Sen as the winner in this 2013 election in exchange for NEC’s overhaul for 2018.
i don't think they exchange for anything, i think they see flaw in the nec and call for its reforms or its overhauls. you sounded like someone is always using bribery for exchange for something else. is it the real case or not? i'm sure competent authority will sort it out. can't accuse them even before they make correction where needed. for me, i think any step to make correction is always better for not just me and you but for cambodia as a whole. so, if you have a better solution, say so!
