Two days ago, I posted, as a comment, a 5 points recommendation for a compromise to break the impasse. If before anything could start, they all agreed to amend the constitution to impose term limit on the prime ministership and the members of the parliament, there should be a compromise. If and only when that happened, then the CNRP could take it to the people and see if they should accept it?
The current housekeeping Senate and Prime Minister, and the King, with cooperation from CNRP should postpone the first meeting and forming of any new government until the new rule of term limit is enacted. If no one supported this proposal, let the people of the nation know that both the opposition and the incumbent regime are not serious and sincere in getting rid of the possibility of having a dictatorship in the future. Eliminate the possibility for power abuse and tyranny, now!

12.46's comments make sense. I also think, CNRP should make a compromise by accepting the positions in the NA while continue to ask for reforms as parts of the deal to address the deadlock! I'm quite sure SR is quite pleased with the offer but he is not sure if the people support him. I do!
That is very good for CNRP team lead by MR Sam Rainsy and Kim Sokha. We Khmers can't deal with such thief that the Viet had use with USA in Vietnam war. First of all:
1) disscussing the fraud votes on 28 July
2) Find out out who was the real winner and
3) sharing the position
