THE REASON HE JUST TALK BECAUSE HE DOES NOT HAVE PROOF, THIS IS WHY HE JUST TALK TO CASE CLOUD AND TO CAUSE BREAK UP IN CNRP SUPPORT EXACTLY WHAT HE WANTED. Disregarded Duties of the Khmer King
Article 23 - The King is the Supreme Commander of the Royal Khmer Armed Forces. The Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Khmer Armed Forces shall be appointed to command the Royal Khmer Armed Forces.
Article 24 - The King shall serve as Chairman of the Supreme Council of National Defense to be established by law. The King shall declare war after approval of the National Assembly.
he doesn't even know who he is and what his position really to do what beside getting salary every month from hunkvak...what should he do? he cant even find a girl for love?...but found a guy..king with no future yab...lol..eeyore!

your comment is perfect correct. I am still young and I want wait to see how long can monarchy in the power? Depend on my researching from other monarchies on the Globe, I don't believe this monarchy can maintain for long period.
We can now label the king as "Enemy of the Peoples". Evidence shows that his fahter and now son's; when time of crisis he abandoned his peoples.
He need to understand that peoples come before the king. If there are no people, there are no king.
It's time to abolish the monarchy!!!
Because Sihamony don't know what is real his durty as king! He has bo background for the king job, please research ducument from him before he got a puppet king.

បងប្អូនប្រយ័ត្នចាញ់បោកពួកអស់ទាំងនោះ ហើយជម្រុញឲ្យអ្នកដែលខំតស៊ូរសម្រាប់ខ្មែរពិតប្រាកដឲ្យធ្វើខុស!

We should not be abusive to have justice prevailed.
There are of course some frustration and desperation from those compatriots, concerning the welfare of people and the future of Cambodia.
Over twenty years,RGC under Mr Hun Sen has ignored to the plights of majority of Cambodians suffered from its administration.
Corruption and depletion of our national assets (lands, buildings, roads....etc) have gone under stubborn PRIVATISATION. Those were in fact have served to those prominent high ranking and PM relatives by blood or by relationship. They have built their dynasty on sweat and tear of their Cambodian citizens. Exploitations have beem prominent.
Sadly, those so called plastic Samdech, His execllencies have driven Cambodia from the rich country to poorest country with international debts and depletion to her own assets, just to serve a bunch of controllers and their Vietnamese boss.
And most of all, the King who should be the umbrella for those Cambodians disadvantaged becomes the only shade led to comfort zone for dictators under CPP.
Ignoring to the constitution, HM has served the CPP leaving majority of poor Cambodian for the sake of safety for his own. Declaring the PM position to Mr Hun Sen and granted to CPP alone in parliament has breached the constitution.
Above all, HM has denied his obligations on social roles and justice. Article 1of the constitution clearly stipulates that HM is constitutional monarchy. It means that HM is definitely bounded by our constitution, to guarantee Peace and Safety of Cambodians.
Regardless how difficult would be, HM has to try to uphold the implementation of our constitution. Holding the throne or clinging to the throne where and while Cambodians are suffering, means NOTHING to the Kingdom.
If this practice of both abusive manner of RGC persists, and the king continue to ignore to the pledges of suffering Cambodians, Cambodia will vanish as so many Cambodians and compatriots already expressed their concern.
Admit to mistakes, thus it may lead to remedy to positive path. Likewise we all really should do.
May God save Cambodia!!!.
